Welcome to the Sea Cabins, a small residential vacation community that is nestled away beside Scenic Gulf Drive in a little world of its own. However its location in highly sought Miramar Beach places you close to everything you might need or desire. The beach lifestyle here provides a charming old fashioned ambiance that creates a wonderfully laid back classic Floridian feel. The pale greenish blue and white trimmed exteriors of these "sea cabins" lends a nautical touch providing a nice accent that blends in well with the meticulously landscaped grounds. The glistening gulf and beautiful beach are directly across the street. Multiple tables are scattered throughout the palm studded grounds which serves as an inviting setting for picnics. This little enclave is centered by a seasonally heated community pool with a nice patio where you may relax in the sun before taking a dip. Here you may take a refreshing plunge in the sparkling pool and minutes later be floating around in the jeweled gulf. A large pavilion is just steps away providing convenient gated entry to the private sugar white sand beach below.

Sea Cabins 1B is a one bedroom townhome that happens to have a great prominent up front spot at Sea Cabins with full gulf views. An outdoor patio allows you to enjoy the vistas and listen to the sensational surf sounds when the waves are high. A row of palm trees across the lush lawn sway gently in the gulf breeze as they frame the scenery beyond. You can also enjoy this setting from the main living area since sliding glass doors provide easy access and glistening views. A couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa and creamy white cane chairs comfortably face these views. A dining table nearby seats four and an open kitchen has two raised stools next to a counter bar where favorite snacks may be served. The ample kitchen has everything you need to create a tasty meal on those evenings when you decide to eat in. Although this one bedroom place would be perfect for a romantic getaway there is a full bathroom off the main living area in case you have kids tagging along. An open staircase leads upstairs to a lovely loft bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath en suite.

This spectacular Miramar Beach location is close to popular beachfront restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and discount shopping at Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet. Golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates. Excellent restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, free concerts and other delightful diversions are also minutes away at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

*Parking for one vehicle only. No boats, trailers, campers, golf carts, RV’s, motor homes, jet-skis or other single or multi-purpose powered vehicles are allowed.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through March.
