The bright open living area has lots of light which includes sliding glass doors to the deck that frame the views of the glowing jewel-toned gulf. This home exudes charm with a pine ceiling, paneling, and white shiplap walls in the living area. Comfortable furnishings include a mix of tropically inspired and fashionable Vintage Modern designs. Two chocolate-toned couches face one another, and twin rich straw woven tropical chairs with cushioned seating area at one end. They form a comfortable seating ensemble facing an extra-large flatscreen TV mounted upon a rustic glass front cabinet for entertainment or that "must-see" game. The open kitchen and dining area feature the chic Vintage Modern look with a long rectangular glass-topped table flanked by eight white decorative metal chairs. Two additional raised metal chairs nearby face an angled kitchen island with a white marble cloud top streaked in soft grays. The state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cream-colored custom cabinetry, cloud marble countertops, and a tall turquoise blue wine cabinet which serves as a modern accent piece. Decorative art throughout this home is beach-inspired and nautical. A stained glass window above the kitchen sink depicts a sailboat, and vibrant prints show beach scenes. A convenient powder room is off the living area.

Two gulf front Master Bedroom Suites are located on the second floor, and each one includes a private bath with double vanities, a water closet, along with newly tiled walk-in showers. They both also feature individualized charming cottage-style furnishings with king-sized beds and lovely daybeds in adjoining alcoves—one of which now includes a trundle bed—near glass doors that lead out to the shared beachfront balcony. On nice evenings you may open the doors and allow the soothing surf sounds to lull you off to dreamland. Kids will love a wonderful loft bedroom on the top floor that has a vaulted ceiling, an arched palladium window, two twin beds, a twin bunk bed, and an ensuite full bath.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is minutes away from popular restaurants with friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive, area grocery stores, and wine outlets. One of the largest Designer Discount Centers in the nation, famously known as The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, is also nearby, offering tremendous bargains on a wide array of world-class goods. The captivating New Orleans French Quarter inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf, and swank Grand Boulevard are minutes away at Sandestin. Each one provides a pristine, safe, family-friendly setting with loads of restaurants and bars that have live music. Grand Boulevard also features fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, specialty shops, galleries, a large wine shop, and a Publix grocery store. Baytowne Wharf hosts amusements for all ages, outdoor concerts, fun festivals throughout the year, and vibrant seasonal firework celebrations.
