Sea the Sun

This hospitable vacation home includes seven bedrooms with the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 20 fortunate guests. Sea the Sun is located in the Dunes of Destin, a prestigious gated residential community that is a wonderful world of its own yet right in the heart of Destin. It features lush landscaping, a large lagoon festooned by fountains magically lit up at night, a prominent community pool and direct access to the bright white beach.

This stately home has columned balconies on the second and third floors in a lovely setting adorned by tropical palms. Sea the Sun was deliberately designed to accommodate guests on all three levels, which formed a perfect place for a reunion of different families or groups of friends. The first floor includes a bonus den, while a kitchenette is included with a microwave, coffee machine, wet bar, ice maker, blender, small refrigerator and plenty of cabinetry for all your goodies. Two of the beautifully decorated Guest Bedrooms are on this level both with king-sized beds and a shared full hall bath that also serves as a convenient powder room.

Out back a palm-studded pool is paired with a paver tiled patio and grill. A table with seating allows you to enjoy favorite drinks and a poolside cookout. This home is just a short stroll from the beach so in minutes you may go from taking a freshwater plunge to luxuriating in the glowing green gulf. On the sand, you'll enjoy two seasonal beach setups, which includes four chairs and two umbrellas.

The main open living area on the second floor has upscale, comfortable coastal décor with vinyl wood flooring, a plush wraparound couch, and two bent cane armchairs. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV provides entertainment. Double glass doors lead to a breezy balcony while a columned portal frames an adjoining formal dining room. A rustic vintage chandelier hangs above a long hardwood table with eight matching spindle-backed side chairs and a pair of high backed cloth end chairs. Three more may be seated at the richly mottled granite-topped bar that faces the open kitchen which features high-end stainless steel appliances. The spacious well-appointed Master Bedroom Suite is also on this level with a king sized bed, balcony access as well as a full private luxury bath that features a double vanity, long tub, and separate walk-in shower.

The other four Guest Bedrooms provide separate quarters on the top level. Each bedroom has a charming coastal cottage look and they are paired with two connected luxurious full baths. One set of quarters includes a king-sized bed paired across the bathroom with a bunk room that also has balcony access. The other quarters has a king sized bed paired across a full luxury bath with a queen suite.

Besides the beautiful beach, private pool and community pool this home is also just a quick trip over to the Mellow Mushroom for pizza and right across the road from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. This sought after locale places you very close to Destin's Harborwalk Village for dining, drinking, shopping and festival fun.

Second Floor:  Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, Powder Room, Laundry.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Balcony Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Full/Twin Bunks with Twin Trundles and Balcony Access.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, tarps, shading screens, clip on umbrellas, flags, etc. are not allowed. Exceptions: Medical exceptions and infant shades no higher than 36”.
