It includes five bedrooms, six and one-half bathrooms, and accommodations for fourteen beach-loving guests. Comfortable furnishings are provided for poolside dining and tropical drinks. Head upstairs to find the second level with a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. Glass windows and doors frame the sensational seascape while providing access to a furnished beach-side balcony for entertaining. It has vivid views of the pool below and the glorious gulf across the street. A spiral staircase leads down to the poolside patio for added convenience. The open living room has parchment-toned hardwood tile flooring and soaring ceilings lavished with unique tray beams. Two dove gray cloth couches and regal royal blue accent chairs provide an elegant coastal-styled seating ensemble facing a large flatscreen TV. A charming dining area near the open kitchen includes eight cream-colored cottage-style chairs around a rectangular table accented by a gleaming beveled-edge mirror. The state-of-the-art, nautically colored kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, navy blue custom cabinetry, and white stone countertops. Four plush cream-colored stools with cushioned tops invite you to enjoy additional space for wining and dining. A guest bedroom on this level has a stately look with a raised dark panel headboard on a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. A half bath off the living area serves as a powder room.

The primary bedroom suite and another guest bedroom are on the top level with access to a balcony that provides stunning gulf views. The master bedroom features rich coastal-style furnishings with a king-sized bed, a seating area, and access to the covered gulf view balcony. The majestic ensuite luxury bath has an antique cabinet dresser, two individual raised bowl vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The stylish guest bedroom with its own private bath features white beach-washed furnishings, a king-sized bed, a seating area, and direct access to the breezy balcony.

This outstanding Dune Allen Beach locale is very close to the nationally acclaimed Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place.
