The Preserve is bordered on two sides by the expansive wooded acreage of the Point Washington State Forest off of Scenic 30A. Rare coastal dune lakes nearby feature an abundance of natural wildlife including a cornucopia of fish, Great Blue Herons, White Egrets, Osprey, Bald Eagles, and White-tailed Deer. Miles of trails meander through this beautiful forest. The Preserve has its own beach access, two community swimming pools, two clubhouses, a Fitness Center and tennis courts. A boardwalk leads you through the forest straight to the sugary beach and emerald-toned waters of the jeweled gulf. Grayton Beach State Park nearby has recently been named one of the most beautiful shorelines in the nation by Forbes Magazine.

Seabiscuit features comfortable new furnishings and bedding. TVs are located in every bedroom for your viewing pleasure. The thoughtful, open floor plan encourages family entertainment for leisure, dining, cooking and delightful diversions. There is room for your whole family to relax in the Great Room, watch a movie, play a game or just enjoy each other's company.  A front porch with seating for two looks out to the neighborhood. A long entry hall with a bench seat beside an open railed staircase leads into the Great Room with honey-toned hardwood flooring. Walls of windows provide a warm, bright ambiance. A creamy white hardwood table with six decorative rail backed chairs sits beneath an elegant chandelier for charmed dining.  A white wraparound couch and matching armchair face an flatscreen TV that sits between two sets of glass doors leading to a screened porch. Here you may sip your favorite drinks on rocking chairs. Steps lead down to a patio with a fire pit for chilly evenings or marshmallow S'mores. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, rich chocolate colored cabinetry and an angled granite-topped bar with seating. There's plenty of room to create a fun family feast.

A nautically attired Guest Bedroom on this floor has a queen sized bed and direct access to a full bath that also serves as a powder room off the front hallway. The Master Bedroom and other Guest Quarters are upstairs. Two adjoining bedrooms are perfect for families with kids, one has a charming individual bedroom with a queen sized bed and balcony. The other has a queen sized bed and full/twin bunk with a twin trundle bed in a bunk nook. They share a full bath off the main bedroom. The spacious Master Suite has an elegant private luxury bath with vanity sinks, richly mottled granite countertops and a glass-walled walk-in shower. It features comfortable furnishings, a sitting area and a king sized bed facing a large TV.

This South Walton location is close to all that Scenic 30A has to offer including restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops and festive seasonal events throughout the year at picturesque town centers like Watercolor, Grayton Beach, and Seaside.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Queen Bedroom with Full/Twin Bunk + Twin Trundle and Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the western community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

Preserve at Grayton Beach utilizes ample shore to the East of Little Redfish Lake and West of Big Redfish Lake. The beach portion in front of Bannerman Beach and Sanctuary By The Sea is strictly prohibited.

Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.
