This luxurious beachfront vacation rental is one of the most sought-after homes in Destin's Frangista Beach. Sixteen fortunate guests may be accommodated in this five bedroom hospitable property. This regal residence offers ample room for everyone and has beachfront balconies on all three levels. The views across the sparkling white ribbon of sand and dazzling emerald green waters are sensational. Seaduction has been renovated and furnished with chic, fashionable high-end furnishings with an eye toward pampered comfort. Modern amenities include flat screen TVs in almost every room with 70" LED wall mounted systems in both Master Bedroom Suites. Blu-Ray Players, Netflix Streaming and Wi-Fi are available throughout the home.

The first floor Master Bedroom has a full luxury bath en suite, a seating area as well as a comfortable king size bed beside double glass doors that lead out to the balcony that includes a "Martini" plunge pool. Balcony stairs provide access down to the sugary white sand beach where the host provides daily complimentary set-ups with four chairs and two umbrellas in season. A Bunk Room nearby offers two wall-mounted flatscreen TVs and provides separate sleeping quarters for an entire family.

The main living area is on the second floor with rich hardwood flooring, attractive accent chairs and a couch face a flatscreen TV. This bright open room has glass balcony doors beside another wall of sunny windows. A formal dining table has six seats near the open modern kitchen, which features a granite bar with additional seating, warm maple toned custom cabinetry and state of the arts stainless steel appliances. There is another Guest Bedroom here with a big king size bed and 50" Plasma TV which has access to a full hall bath that conveniently doubles as a powder room.

The third floor encompasses the main Master Bedroom Suite with an elegant king size bed, a 70"LED TV as well as a private beachfront balcony where you may enjoy the glistening views while listening to the soothing surf sounds. A full luxury bath en suite includes a soaking tub and double vanities. Another Guest Room on this floor has a nice king size bed, 50" Plasma TV and a full luxury bath.

The Frangista Beach gated community pool is a short stroll away and serves as a lushly landscaped tropical neighborhood oasis. This location is also minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, world-class shopping and abundant family amusements.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access, Bunk Room with Queen Bunk and Full Bunk, Wet Bar.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservation specialist about additional fee parking.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
