Seaspray 6

Seaspray 6 is the main residence of a beachfront family estate in Miramar Beach, which has six bedrooms and the ability to sleep 22 fortunate guests. This gracious comfortably appointed vacation home also comes with a private lagoon-shaped swimming pool beside the gulf with a walkway that leads down to the beautiful beach below. Within a minute you may go from taking a freshwater dip to floating around in the green glowing jewel toned gulf. The pool has chairs and a table for sunning while enjoying a tropical drink, wine or cold beer.

The light, bright open Great Room has an impressive vaulted ceiling highlighted by a wall of windows with sliding glass doors and crowned with a fan-shaped atrium window above. The views of the gulf from this room extend as far as you can see into the sparkling southern horizon. The breezy beach balcony spans across the entire width allowing you to enjoy these views firsthand while listening to the soothing surf sounds.  Blonde hardwood flooring throughout accentuates the already spacious space indoors. The decorative arts throughout this home are tropically inspired with paintings and prints that feature vibrantly beautiful seascapes. Three light gray couches, (two of which can double as queen-sized sleeper sofas if need be), share these views and provide a comfortable seating ensemble that also faces a TV for entertainment. Eight white colonial styled chairs sit by one set of windows offering a charmed gulf view dining experience. Six matching raised chairs on a white counter bar nearby make sure there are seats for all. The spacious kitchen with lots of creamy cabinetry has everything you need to create a fun family feast.

The Master Bedroom and one of the Guest Bedrooms each have king sized beds, private en suite baths and direct access to the pool landing. Two other Guest Bedrooms with comfortable cottage styled furnishings also have king sized beds and en suite baths. The two other guest quarters have access to full baths while a half bath serves as a powder room. These two additional Guest Bedrooms are perfect for the kids since each one is a fun Bunk Room. One of the Kid's Quarters can sleep five while the other bunks four. Both bedrooms include TVs for nighttime viewing.

This fantastic location is right in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach, which has everything this sought after area has to offer. Favorite gulf front restaurants and friendly beach bars are very close by along Scenic Gulf Drive. Grocery stores, wine bistros and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation's largest designer discount centers, are also nearby. An abundant assortment of restaurants, rollicking bars, specialty shops, free concerts, and fun festivals are minutes away at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
