A rare beachfront 9 bedroom home with a private pool, Seaspray is perfectly named since it's so close to the shore you can actually feel the salty spray that drifts from the jewel toned waters of the gulf. This magnificent estate is the ideal setting for large friend or family beach reunions since it hosts bedding for 23 guests. The family compound features a main beachfront residence with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The included guest house offers 3 additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The first floor of the main house has four beautifully decorated bedroom suites with private bathrooms. The individual decor ranges from vibrant floral colors to lovely serene muted tones. Two of the rooms in the main house of Seaspray are Master Suites with king sized beds and beach-side views of the sparkling lagoon shaped swimming pool that borders the coast. The other suite also has a king sized bed with a full bathroom as does a great kid's room with a queen sized bunk and queen trundle.

Upstairs is a big open family room with light honey toned hardwood flooring that sweeps up to a wall of windows that offer spectacular vistas across the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious main living area has a vaulted ceiling with three sofas that are decorated in a soft pastel tropical motif. Here you may enjoy simultaneous views of a wide flat screen TV as well as the beautiful waters. A curved wrap around bar faces the open kitchen that has seating for six. An adjacent dining table sits next to another wall of windows with vivid views and seats eight more. There is a powder room conveniently located off the main living area as well as another King Master Suite and Guest Room with a queen bunk bed.

The guest house is located on the northern point of the grounds. This charming rental residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The comfortably furnished main living area, which is accented by a soaring ceiling, is nicely appointed with a flat screen TV. This area wraps around an open kitchen with a dining table that seats four. The Master Suite with a tropically themed king size bed has access to a full hall bathroom that doubles as a powder room. Upstairs are two Guest Bedrooms with queen sized beds that share a full hall bathroom.

Guest House:

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Laundry Room.

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.
