Seawinds 3 has a fantastic gulf-front location on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. This three-story beachfront vacation rental includes four spacious bedrooms that accommodate 15 happy beachgoers. They are situated on each one of the three floors providing separate space for all members of your group.

The interiors of Seawinds 3 define a refined chic coastal look with comfortable furnishings and décor. Beach-washed hardwood flooring and tile throughout provides a warm seaside ambiance. The open living area on the second floor features a dramatic cathedral ceiling which accentuates spaciousness and offers natural light from the windows above. A row of five square windows in the living area provides glittering gulf views, and a glass door beside them leads out to a beach balcony. Seating there is provided where you may enjoy the vivid views while listening to the soothing sounds.  The unique living area includes a grey sectional sofa. This seating arrangement is centered on an square-shaped dining table with an eclectic mix of lovely cottage-style chairs beside the windows for gulf views. This room arrangement inspires fun, convivial times together. A large wall-mounted flatscreen TV is provided for entertainment. A small table beside a mirror wall near the open kitchen has three chic cushioned chairs for intimate dining or a kiddie's table. The kitchen includes white custom cabinetry and mottled granite-topped counters that beautifully blend with the tile flooring. A window looking out upon a palm tree top provides light, while the black and stainless steel appliances provide a striking contrast to the cabinetry. A colorful Bunk Room with two twin beds is on this level, while a full hall bath provided for them also serves as a powder room.

Two other Guest Bedrooms are located on the first floor, and each one has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. One has a king-sized bed with a charming metal frame, a plush blue couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and access to a lower-level beach balcony. The other bedroom also has a king-sized bed with a cream-colored beach-inspired fence-like headboard. The Primary Bedroom is on the third level featuring a rustic beach-style look. A king-sized bed includes vertical dark boards that are all different sizes and resemble dock posts. An alcove with natural wood siding wraps around a built-in twin bed that resembles single sleeping quarters on a ship. The luxurious ensuite bath includes a beautifully tiled floor mosaic, two raised glass bowl vanities above a veined marble countertop, and a glass walled shower.

This great Miramar Beach location places you a lovely shore stroll away from the casual Whale's Tail Restaurant toward the east, where a friendly volleyball game is usually going on, and the colorful Pompano Joe's Restaurant towards the west, which is known for great seafood.  Other popular beachside restaurants, grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets are minutes away. A championship golf course, professional tennis center, along with beach recreational rentals are also close by at the Seascape Resort, where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounts. Wonderful restaurants, lively bars, shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, and fun festivals are also just minutes away at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and swank Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
