Seawinds 4 is a charming and comfortable three story townhome that sits beachfront on the sparkling sugar white sand with views across the glistening emerald green Gulf. You will enjoy these beach views and the soothing sound of the surf from one of three levels since there is a covered deck on the first floor that fronts the beach and two balconies above. The feel here is distinctively laid back since chairs on each level provide feel good space for leisurely lounging and the covered deck even has a porch swing. Outdoor dining tables also allow you to enjoy your own frozen beverages while savoring the refreshing salt scented breeze.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and one of these rooms also comes with a nice trundle for a child. Each shares a full sized hall bathroom and one has views of the gorgeous Gulf. Soothing colors and decorations all have a fun whimsical seaside theme.

The second level has the main living area with an awesome, soaring cathedral ceiling with sunny beach facing windows above. A floor to ceiling decorative fireplace is hosted here as well as a wide flat screen TV that provides evening entertainment. The dining area has charming wooden chairs that sit around a matching table under a vintage chandelier. This adjoins an ample kitchen that has everything you should need for creating a fun family feast. This second floor level at Seawinds 4 also has a nice guest bedroom with two twin bunk beds as well as a full hall bathroom for added convenience.

An open staircase sweeps up to an oversized loft area that includes a big king sized bed, its own full private bathroom, a twin bed, and an extra trundle bed that is handsome in design. From this level you have parallel views of the glistening Gulf through the row of transom windows that light the living area below.

This location directly on the beautiful beach in Miramar Beach also places you within walking distance of the casual Whale's Tail Restaurant and in fact you could easily walk to it along the shore. Other popular beach side restaurants like The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's are just minutes away by car. Silver Sands, the nation's largest Discount Designer Outlet is also nearby for world class shopping at value prices. If you like championship golf or professional tennis, Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounts at the Seascape which is only an arrow's shot away.
