This upscale four-bedroom vacation home in Dune Allen Beach can comfortably sleep up to 15 fortunate beach-going guests with multiple beds. Its outstanding location is close to Stallworth Lake and the shimmering shoreline. This coastal dune lake is a natural treasure, the likes of which are found hardly anywhere else on the planet. A creek-like tributary connects to the open gulf creating a magical mixture of artisan spring-fed and salted waters. This exotic habitat supports abundant wildlife, waterfowl, and a wide variety of fish. Guests enjoy exploring the lovely lake by paddleboard or kayak and trying their luck fishing.

Seven Palms sits next to a beautiful remote stretch of shoreline that extends three miles west beside towering dunes at the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Besides the beach and precious lake, this 30A vacation home features a 30'x12' private swimming pool for refreshing fun. A spillover spa on one corner cascades down into the pool beside it. This is the perfect place to relax during the cooler times of the year as this home offers complimentary pool heat. The grounds include far more than “seven palms,” providing a gorgeous tropical setting. Turfgrass and lovely landscapes line the side of the home, which leads to a three-hole miniature golf putt-putt course and patio. A covered furnished patio overlooks this lush setting to enjoy drinks poolside. Indoors, a spacious first-floor den includes a full-sized refrigerator freezer, a sectional sofa, a large flatscreen TV, and a game table making entertainment a breeze. Guest quarters here have access to a convenient full bath with a tub shower combination. One of these quarters is in the open living area with a king-sized bed and a twin daybed which are separated by a floor to ceiling drapery to create a cozy sleeping environment. The other is a bunk room for the kids with two full/twin bunk beds. This provides a perfect separate setting for those sharing a 30A beach vacation.

The main open living, dining, and kitchen areas are upstairs and additional guest quarters. This bright, spacious area features an entire wall of windows with sliding glass doors that lead out to an upper wraparound balcony. It includes a gas grill, a dining table, and comfortable furnishings overlooking the pool. The interior living space features a modern sectional with rustic accents, making the room comfortable and inviting. A giant flatscreen TV mounted above a floating credenza allows for guests’ viewing pleasure. Additional seating is provided beside the windows and focuses on the beautiful view. The chic dining area includes a rustic modern dining table with upholstered benches to provide ample seating. The large open state-of-the-art kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, dark-colored contemporary cabinetry, white quartz countertops, a large island with seating, and a wet bar with a wine cooler.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a modern leather headboard, a large flat screen tv, and a cozy lounge chair. Glass doors lead to the attached sitting area near the living quarters. The ensuite luxury master bath features double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass-walled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms on this floor are equipped with a king and queen bed and comfortable contemporary furnishings. They share a full hall bath with double vanities and a tub shower combination.

This fantastic Dune Allen Beach locale is close to great restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and shopping adventures. The popular Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is nearby with dining establishments, shopping excursions, and an amphitheater that hosts open-air concerts.

Really nice house

This was a wonderful place to stay! The location and proximity to the beach was key. Clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family gathering. The bed in the primary suite was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this house and would certainly stay there again.

Our favorite beach house

We absolutely loved Seven Palms. We had six adults and three toddlers and it was the perfect house for us. The house is beautifully decorated. The pool area feels like an oasis and the putting green was a hit with the kids and adults. The beach is an easy walk. The beds are comfortable and the acoustic’s are great so kids slept well. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need from a very large coffee percolator to a crock pot. It felt like home away from home.

Loved Ocean Reef Resorts!

We had a seamless experience with our beach house rental. Everything was perfect, check in was easy, our beach house was spotless, had everything we could have needed! You won’t be disappointed!

There isn’t a single thing this stunning home lacks! From the spacious living areas both indoor and out, the well appointed Kitchen, to the bright and comfortable bedrooms and baths. Seven Palms has it all! Steps from the beach, and short drives to plenty of Restaurants…RedFishTaco….yum. If a relaxing vacation with family and/or friends is what you’re looking for, you won’t be disappointed. We were 10 Adults and there was plenty of space for socializing as well as quiet space if reading is your thing or private space when you need a break. Don’t hesitate. This property is great!

Amazing

We had an outstanding vacation with family from the East and west coasts. The house is gorgeous with lots of space and activities for everyone! We especially love the location which is just across from the boardwalk to the private beach and since it was spring break this was a huge plus! We also love exploring the area by bike. It is about 1 mile from Topsail state park which has many trails which are great for riding with a group. The pool and hot tub are wonderful for hanging out along with the awesome deck which is great for viewing sunsets. Oh and the putting green provides lots of entertainment. We plan to spend many more vacations at this house!

Seven Palms Vacation Home

What a beautiful home. As soon as we walked in, it became obvious that this home is professionally decorated; the furniture and artworks are wonderful. The house was roomy and the layout of the furniture is very conducive to socializing. There are also quiet areas if you choose to read a book. The kitchen is well appointed; all the required appliances, cookware and dinnerware are provided. You can see the water from the deck. I loved sitting out on the deck in the evening and listening to the ocean waves. The bed was comfortable. The pool temperature was perfect. The hot tub was also wonderful. The home was clean and spotless throughout. The beach is a two-minute walk from the home. The beach sand is like powder. The outdoor shower is very convenient when coming home from the beach. The putting green in the back yard is a bonus. I highly recommend a stay at this home!

Perfect Getaway

We reserved this home for a girls getaway (5 adults) and wow were we impressed! The home is beautifully decorated, has a great kitchen/living area and several lounge areas. We were impressed with the super short walk to the beach, private pool and hot tub. Owners/Ocean Reef had great communication as well. This was the perfect getaway spot for us, we'll be back!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!

This resort house was impeccable. It had every necessity possible from plenty of towels, pool inflatables, cookware, barware, etc. The pool is amazing, beautiful lighting at night, short short short walk to the pristine beach. It was amazing and we had children from 15-1 years old.

Absolutely the best place to stay! 5 Star - Book Early

This vacation property is stunning. Could have not picked a better place to holiday. The owners must have a design business, because each room is appointed beautifully. Each room has it's own character and each is so welcoming and comfortable. The layout makes it easy to party together as a group, and at the same time, the space is designed so you can enjoy quiet time to yourself. Having the pool is one of the best features, and for shear entertainment, You could not have a better setting than the large balcony! Just a great way to enjoy morning coffee, soak up the afternoon sun, or celebrate the day with cocktails as you watch the sunset over the white sandy beach. The beach and ocean is unmatched. You are there in 2 minutes and because of the private access, you have space to yourself. You can walk the beach for miles! There is so much to do in the area. Lot's of great local restaurants and shops, and great outdoors to exercise with lots of walking and bike baths, nature hikes, golf, etc. 123 Bishop is so well situated. It's in a quiet neighborhood, kind of away from the busy parts of 30A. You really don't need to bring anything for your stay! Owners have thought of everything you may need. What added to the fun was the putting green. The adults had just as much fun playing games there as the kids! We had such a great stay at this property and the area it is in, we have booked for another stay in Feb. 2023. We can't wait.

Amazing Beachside Stay!

We had the most amazing stay at this beachside house! It was so close to the beach that it was convenient to go to even for a short time to enjoy the amazing sunsets, and the sand and ocean looked like a Caribbean beach! The house itself was luxurious, with lots of different spaces all gorgeously furnished and lots of room for many people. The pool and hot tub got lots of use, and the deck was perfect for outdoor meals and drinks. I loved how the house came with bikes to use, with lots of paths nearby to explore other areas, or bike to get ice cream. Communication was great, any questions we had before or during our stay were immediately responded to. We can’t wait to go back this year with our family!

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Is a golf cart included in rental?

Seven Palms does not include a golf cart, however, you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors! Golf carts are only permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less, and each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space. Enjoy the ride!
