Two levels of covered balconies and a beach level deck take full advantage of viewing this blessing.  Along with the gorgeous seascapes, the beachfront balconies allow you to enjoy the soothing surf sounds while sipping on your favorite tropical drinks. The lower covered beach level deck has a shower to wash off sandy feet and some Adirondack chairs to relax.

A convenient powder room is attached. A tropically inspired dining table has six modern-styled white leather chairs for enjoying a family meal. The bright white kitchen features quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.

The Master Bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed, honey-toned hardwood flooring, a full bath en suite, and its own romantic beachfront balcony. The rich honey toned flooring flows into double connected Guest sleeping quarters with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. One area has warm, rich earth tones while the other has vibrant, festive colors. These guest rooms share another full bath.

This Sunnyside locale serves as the gateway to both Panama City Beach and the wonderful world of South Walton along Scenic 30A. This enviable location places you conveniently close to area grocery stores, wine outlets, restaurants, lively bars, abundant amusements, and superb shopping venues. The huge tourist destination of Pier Park is just a few minutes away toward the east with a wide variety of restaurants, friendly beach bars with live bands and excellent shopping along the palm-lined boulevard. A Multiplex Movie Cinema with 16 screens and an amusement park offers abundant entertainment for kids of all ages. A large pier anchors the end of Pier Park and is one of the longest wharves on the entire Gulf of Mexico. For a nominal fee, you can fish here all day or take a stroll to experience the sensational views. Seasonal festivals abound with live music, great food, drinks, and fireworks during the summer as well as on special holidays.

Lovely picturesque coastal villages are minutes away towards the west along Scenic 30A including Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Seagrove, and Seaside.
