So Much Good

After a tour of this gracious home you may feel that it has "so much good" and good for everyone in a multitude of wonderful ways! Up to 16 fortunate guests may be accommodated at So Much Good since the house and poolside Guest House have a total of six bedrooms with multiple beds. It is located in Destin's sought after Crystal Beach, just two blocks away from the beautiful beach access. However, you don't even have to go that far to take a refreshing plunge since the large private lagoon shaped pool out back is just steps away. This lovely setting is placed between the main house and Guest Cottage. There are plenty of new furnishings for leisurely lounging, an outdoor putting green and ping pong table for entertainment, and a screened-in porch with comfortable seating that overlooks the pool from the main house.

The primary open living area leads out to the pool porch and patio. This light bright room has warm linen white tiled flooring and lots of sunny windows. Two seating ensembles include a blue wraparound couch on one side and two matching love seats that flank a fireplace (inoperable) on the other. Decorative pillows and lamps provide a nautical look. A large TV above the mantle offers group entertainment. Nearby a big handsome dining table has ten sleek high backed chairs giving plenty of room for a fun family feast. The open state of the art kitchen has four stools saddled up to the granite-topped bar for extra seating. Gleaming stainless steel appliances give you everything you need to create culinary delights.

The upstairs Primary Bedroom includes a luxurious private en-suite bath with a soaking tub, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower. This well-appointed suite consists of a king sized bed, a sitting area and glass doors leading out to its own comfortably furnished balcony that spans the width of the house and overlooks the pool below. Another Guest Bedroom on this floor will delight the kids with a queen-sized bed and two twin bunks. The top level has an open observation deck off a loft bedroom with a twin day bed, twin trundle, and a wet bar.

The Guest House allows another part of your family group to have their own separate sleeping quarters on the other side of the pool. Two sets of double glass doors lead out to the patio, and there is a convenient Wet Bar with a mini refrigerator to provide poolside refreshments. A king sized bed and another bedroom with a queen sized bed share a full bath.

This great Crystal Beach location is two minutes away from Destin Commons, a large pedestrian-friendly palm lined retail complex with a myriad of designer clothing shops, specialty boutiques, restaurants and a big Multiplex Theater. Grocery stores and wine outlets are also close by. This locale is halfway between Destin and Miramar Beach, placing guests a relatively short distance away from all the action at Harborwalk Village on the Destin Marina as well as family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Guest House:
