The exterior of Summerhaven 1 offers a classically nostalgic beach look, however the interiors are upscale, comfortable, contemporary and filled with modern amenities like wall mounted flat screen TVs in almost every room. Since this is an end unit featuring extra windows it is light bright and spacious. The unique split floor plan design has bedrooms for individual sleeping quarters on the first and third floor levels with the main living area in between on the second floor. This provides hospitable accommodations for separate families or generations of guests who may be sharing this space but following different schedules.

The first floor in Summerhaven 1 includes the Master Bedroom Suite that has twin bunks tucked in off an adjoining hallway and a full luxury bathroom. The bathroom has twin vanities along with a big walk-in shower with pale slate gray tiles and decorative mosaics. The comfortable king size bed faces a wide TV perched above a black ebony dresser. Sliding glass doors beside it frames the sparkling scenery outdoors on the sun deck and provides easy access. A shared community staircase nearby leads down to the beach below.

The second floor includes the main living/dining area and kitchen along with a convenient powder room. Light pastel blue walls and leather furnishings are accented by rich colored hardwood flooring. A plush cream-colored couch doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa, and two accent chairs create a comfortable seating ensemble with views of the gulf from the second floor beach balcony. Five chairs with encircle a dark round wooden table that sits beneath a charming candle chandelier. Four sleek powder white raised chairs face a gleaming black granite topped bar adjoining the sunny open kitchen.

Two Guest Quarter Suites are upstairs on the third level and each one has a full private bathroom. One has a simple but elegant metal frame king size bed with two sets of windows looking out onto the glittering gulf and another one providing light. The second Guest Room also has a sunny window, a queen bed, creamy comfortable furnishings and light nautical interior colors that provide a serene setting.

This Miramar Beach location is near popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets and discount shopping at the nationally acclaimed Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Reduced rates are offered to all guests nearby for water sports, golf and tennis through our Ocean Reef Rewards program. Lots of restaurants, lively bars, specialty stores, free concerts and family amusements are also nearby at Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.
