Great condo on private beach

We had a wonderful time during our spring break family vacation at this place. It was conveniently located right on the beach, with a private beach that made it a tenfold better experience since we could avoid the crowds. They also set have a daily umbrella and chairs set up on the beach specifically for you. The area was also close to various stores, including grocery stores, clothing stores, and restaurants, making it very easy to get around. We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation spot.

Great place to spend a week at the beach!

We had a fantastic week at this location with our family. There was plenty of room for the 7 people in our crew and we could have easily included a few more as one of the bedrooms went unused. We loved the muti-level decks so we could stay up late without worrying about waking the kids and the deck furniture at this location is VERY nice compared to the others. The location is fantastic, parking is easy, and access to the beach couldn't be quicker. The included beach chair/umbrella service was a welcome surprise. There are a few small items that we could nitpick as there are with any rental, but we would 100% stay here again.

Summerhaven 1 comes with complimentary beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella provided seasonally from March through October. If additional set-ups are needed, you can reserve them directly through the beach service provider. See you soon!

Are there pots, pans, cake pans, plates, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen?

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef, however - Summerhaven 1 is not a pet-friendly vacation property. If you are unable to board your pups, you may want to consider one of these Pet Friendly Rentals.
