This enchanting one bedroom beachfront residence is a perfect place for a romantic rendezvous for two but can sleep up to four if the little ones are in tow. SunDestin sits alongside the shimmering shoreline with balconies that provide panoramic views of the jewel-toned gulf. Full moons sparkle across the water's surface in silvery splendor during the summer months and enchanting, heavenly sunsets dip down into the gulf from fall through winter. There is a swimming pool and a soothing hot tub right beside the beach where you may relax while enjoying the spectacular scenery. There is also an additional seasonally heated outdoor pool, another bubbling hot tub, as well as a steaming hot sauna. Besides taking a swim in one of the pools or floating around in the glowing gulf, you may hit the Fitness Center on-site or play some Shuffle Board. Community laundry is also available for guest use and is conveniently located in the complex hallway.

The glorious gulf is the first thing you see when you arrive at this vibrant vacation rental, which has a floor to ceiling wall of sliding glass doors providing vivid views and access to a beachfront balcony. The colorful main living area of SunDestin 905 has a warm, cheerful, casual ambiance. The richly striped couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and a plush armchair face the glistening gulf as well as a large flat screen TV. A half wall of mirrored glass accentuates the size of this living space and features double views of the beach. A round glass table nearby with four decorative metal café styled chairs provides a charming spot to eat when dining in. The ample open kitchen has a wraparound counter bar where delicious drinks and savory snacks may be easily served. A walk-thru half bath provides a convenient powder room off the hallway that can also serve as an adjoining full bath that's accessible through the en-suite bedroom. The bedroom has a comfortable, serene look. Besides the easily accessible bath, it includes a king size bed, a creamy white dresser and a TV.

This incredibly convenient locale is located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a wide variety of delightful diversions. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates at the giant Big Kahuna's Waterpark nearby that includes sparkling fun, a lush tropical miniature golf course, and thrill rides. The bustling Destin Marina, which harbors the nation's largest private charter fishing fleet is also close by. There are also complimentary discounts provided to Ocean Reef Resorts guests at the marina for fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and snorkeling adventures. Harborwalk Village is on the marina providing an abundance of excellent waterfront restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, free concerts and fireworks throughout the summer as well as on special holidays.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the beachfront community pool is seasonally heated.

Rates reflect a discount for ongoing construction through Spring 2026. The heated pool and on-site restaurant are now open. The former indoor pool is currently operating as an open-air pool while the structure is being rebuilt. Available amenities include the outdoor pool, open-air pool, outdoor hot tub, on-site restaurant (now operating as Joe Schmo’s Bar and Grill), and the Sea Store. The indoor hot tub and splashpad are currently unavailable.
