SunDestin is a exclusively-gated beach resort located in the heart of Destin. This eighteen-story tall luxury residential tower has an impressive beachfront position above the shimmering white shoreline overlooking the jewel-toned Gulf of Mexico waters. The complex contains mostly one and two-bedroom vacation rentals with only a handful of three-bedroom properties. These properties accommodate four to eight guests based on their size. Every condo in the building features a private balcony to experience the stunning sparkling views. All incorporate an open concept designed living, kitchen, and dining area. Balconies have direct access from the open living areas, which face the bright ribbon of the beautiful beach below. All properties come comfortably furnished and nicely appointed, usually featuring stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, open kitchen bars, and luxury baths.
