Welcome to Sunny Daze, a gracious three-story beach-view retreat in Destin’s Miramar Beach that warmly welcomes up to 16 guests—and two furry companions! This five-bedroom, pet-friendly vacation home blends classic coastal charm with the comforts of modern living, nestled within an exclusive neighborhood near the Gulf. Just a two-minute stroll from the sugar-white sand shore, this inviting getaway also includes full access to the coveted beachfront amenities at Crescent Condominiums—offering the best of both privacy and resort-style perks.

Inside, over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space invites you to unwind and reconnect. The open-concept second-floor living area sets the tone with soothing seafoam walls, rustic wood flooring, and plush beach-hued furnishings. A stunning chandelier hangs above a handcrafted dining table with woven and bench seating, perfect for lively family dinners. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and a long bar with coastal-style stools, making casual meals a treat. French doors open to breezy balconies, ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying the sunset glow.

Each level offers a comfortable sense of privacy, ideal for extended families or groups traveling together. Two Primary Suites—one on the first floor and another on the third—feature king-sized beds, luxurious en-suite baths, and serene private balconies. The first floor also features a guest room with two full beds and a nearby full bath, while another charming guest room with a full bed and a balcony is located on the third level. The kids' favorite is the Tower Room at the top—complete with a full bunk, full trundle, and balcony access, it’s a whimsical hideaway for play and rest.

Guests of Sunny Daze enjoy full access to the beachfront amenities at Crescent Condominiums just steps away. Spend the day pool-hopping between two Gulf-front swimming pools (one heated seasonally), unwind in the bubbling hot tub, or fire up the grill for a sunset cookout under a shaded gazebo. A fitness center and private beach access round out the luxury, making it easy to go from lounging poolside to strolling the shoreline in moments.

From this prime Miramar Beach location, you’re close to everything: dining at Pompano Joe’s or Whale’s Tail is less than a 10-minute walk, Seascape Golf and tennis are right around the corner, and the renowned Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just a short drive away. Whether you're planning big beach days, shopping adventures, or breezy evenings by the Gulf, Sunny Daze puts you at the heart of it all.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Walk-In Shower.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, Powder Room, Laundry.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Full Bedroom with Walk-In Shower.

Fourth Floor: Bunk Room with Full Bunk + Full Trundle and Balcony Access.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, one of the community pools is seasonally heated.

Florida Retreat

Sunny Daze is a beautiful house with plenty of room, amenities, and linens to accommodate a huge group. It’s clean and beautifully decorated. My kids love the shower in the top master bath, very modern and spacious. The house is located in a nice area with waking distance to the outlet shops for retail therapy. There’s also a Winn-Dixie within 2 minutes for all your groceries needs. There is a short walk to the beach and pools, but nothing to strenuous. The beach is clean with water so blue and clear. We had 4 great beach days with sunny or overcast weather. The ocean was closed on the last day because of jellyfishes, but were able to enjoy the sand and pools. We can’t wait to return.

Great place for a Large family!

The property was overall a great place. Easy access to the beach and the pool through The Crescent. Enough space for a large group. The bedrooms were spaced out where you could enjoy a quite evening to yourselves. The bathrooms were exceptional. The large showers were nice as well. All the beds were clean and comfy. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus. Each bed had towels so that made it nice, just not enough wash cloths. I would say it was overall a great place to stay.

Sunny Daze is allotted parking for two vehicles. If additional parking is needed, you can find options for overnight parking here.

Do we have access to the gym at the Crescent?

Located in the beachside neighborhood of Crescent Beach Cottages, Sunny Daze has access to the Crescent community pool, hot tub, and beach access, but not the onsite fitness facility.

I was wondering if it would be acceptable for the primary renter to be 24 years old?

Ocean Reef Resorts' customary policy is no reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five. However, we understand extenuating circumstances may apply, please contact one of our reservationists for specific information.

How far is the pool from the house?

Sunny Daze is located in the Crescent Beach Cottages community, which has shared access to the Crescent condominium community pool directly across the street. Enjoy!

Do you have to walk through the condos to get to the beach?

To access the beach - guests must walk through the Crescent condominium lobby, out to the pool deck, and down the beach access. Don't forget the sunscreen!
