Unbeatable Gulf-Front Stay with Breathtaking Views!

Loved our stay at this condo. You cannot get closer to the water than you are here. We opened the windows and slept to the sound of the waves and it was divine! The unit was very clean and intentional furnishings and thoughtful decor and offerings. One thing to note is you’ll need to bring the extras like ziploc bags, coffee filters, salt & pepper. The view was amazing, the private beach was peaceful, and the area was quiet. You cannot walk to restaurants, a bakery, and ice cream shop!

Wonderful family vacation

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Ocean Reef company is very accommodating and gave us all that we needed. wonderful stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sunseekers 4! The condo was beautiful decorated with so many wonderful "beachy" touches. I even google searched a picture in the master bath and ordered it as a remembrance. The condo is only steps away from the beautiful private beach of Blue Mountain and you can enjoy that view from your own balcony. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to friends.

How many units are in the Sunseekers complex?

Answer:

Sunseekers is a low-rise beachfront condo complex. There are a total of ten units with only six gulf facing balconies.

Are well-behaved dogs allowed?

Answer:

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef, however - the HOA of Sunseekers does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup, you may want to consider one of these Pet Friendly Rentals.

Is there a washer/dryer in Sunseekers 4? What other items are provided?

Answer:

Yes - Sunseekers 4 does include a private washer and dryer! We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish-washing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Is there an electric vehicle charger on premises or nearby?

Are there beach umbrellas and chairs for rent at the beach?
