This two-bedroom vacation rental sits beachfront on a dune in South Walton's Blue Mountain Beach, which is famously acclaimed for having the highest elevation along the entire Gulf of Mexico. This second-level perch in a small residential building has a beachfront balcony where you may enjoy the sparkling scenery and listen to soothing surf sounds while sipping your favorite chilled drink. Spectacular sunsets occur right over the gulf as the golden orb sinks down into the watery western horizon from mid-October thru early March. Summer visitors may enjoy full magical moons that rise out of the gulf towards the east during that time of year and light up the night sky with its enchanting bright silvery light.

Sunseekers 4 has been recently renovated with decor featuring soft earth tones, shiplap, and coastal decor. The open living area includes a comfortable light gray couch and love seat that face the double glass balcony doors with glistening gulf views. One of these couches converts into a convenient queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding. An industrial-style coffee table with dark stained wood and a metal frame accents this setting perfectly. Nearby, a colorful cloth bucket chair and a thickly cushioned full daybed in a rustic barn wood-backed alcove provide additional seating and sleeping accommodations. A flatscreen TV with streaming services is provided for entertainment along with wireless high-speed internet. An open dining area includes a circular wooden table with four wicker chairs and white cushions for charmed dining. The ample open kitchen nearby includes matching countertops with barn wood siding flanked by four modern bar stools for additional seating. Fun family meals may easily be crafted here, and a Keurig coffee maker is provided to help get your beach day started!

The Master Bedroom has serene light seafoam green interior walls with a king-sized bed beside double windows that face out to the gorgeous gulf. A glass door on another wall provides easy access to the breezy beach balcony. This room has a full private en-suite bath with beach décor. The Guest Bedroom includes two full beds and double sunny windows for bright natural lighting. This room has direct access to a full en-suite styled bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway as a convenient powder room.

This low-rise condominium only consists of ten total units making the private beach access very quiet and secluded. This fabulous Blue Mountain Beach location is within walking distance of Cowgirl Kitchen, Johnny McTigh's Irish Pub, Blue Mabel's Smokehouse & Provisions, Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery and For the Health of It, which is the oldest health food store in South Walton. You are also minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly beach bars and shopping in Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach as well as Seaside.
