This lovely Miramar Beach vacation home places 12 sand-seeking guests in the “sweet spot” for a magical beach getaway. It features a stately curb appeal with towering palm trees and live oaks. The interiors are filled with comfortable furnishings, wonderful appointments, and beautiful decor. Located in the beachfront community of Gulf Pines, it is close to everything this area has to offer. The neighborhood beach access is under a 10-minute walk away. But why walk when you can take the complimentary six-seater golf cart?! This hospitable rental home also places you steps away from the large lagoon-shaped private swimming pool out back. It is also connected to a bubbling hot tub for pampered relaxation. A covered veranda and screened-in porch overlooking the pool include comfortable outdoor furnishings for relaxing poolside.

Sweet Spot has an open great room that incorporates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The white interiors, tall tray ceilings, and multiple windows accentuate a bright, spacious setting. A cream-colored sectional converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa, while two tropically patterned accent chairs face a wall of built-in shelving and a large flatscreen TV. The open kitchen nearby has a nautical look with white cabinetry accented by blue countertops. Three richly woven straw bar chairs provide extra seating for wining and dining. Four high-backed, embroidered beige chairs sit beside a round glass-topped table serving as a breakfast nook. The formal dining area includes an octagonal glass-topped table with eight elegant tall tufted cloth chairs near a handsome glass-front buffet cabinet with a granite top. Two octagonal mirrors flank a large window on one side while an abstract watery seascape sits above the buffet.

A regal primary bedroom includes triple window panes overlooking the pool, a towering tray ceiling, a king-size bed with a scrolled wood headboard, colorful accent chairs, and a large flatscreen TV mounted above a dresser. The private ensuite bath features double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. A lavishly furnished guest bedroom includes a vaulted ceiling, a palatial arched palladium window, a king-size bed with a soft blue tufted cloth headboard beneath twin paintings of vibrant tropical plants, and a flatscreen TV. Another guest bedroom also has a regal look with a king-size bed, a royal blue tufted cloth headboard, and a flatscreen TV for viewing pleasure. Upstairs, a bonus room with two full-size beds and a TV has a vaulted ceiling centered upon a small palladium window. A full hall bath with a tub shower combination that doubles as a powder room on the first floor serves the guest quarters.

This wonderful Miramar Beach locale is near grocery stores, popular restaurants, friendly beach bars, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the renowned Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounts nearby at Seascape for championship golf, beach recreation, and tennis. The enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and captivating Grand Boulevard are also minutes away at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. They offer wining, dining, and shopping adventures along with other fun pursuits.

Everything was great
Amazing place in a gorgeous location! The house is very nice setup with lots of towels. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals, the backyard is spacious! Great place overall!

Perfect family home
Great spot for our Thanksgiving away from home! Perfect amount of space and very comfortable. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware which was perfect for our getaway. There were lots of games which was a plus. Would definitely book again.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and loved it.
This was the first time we stayed in the area again and we immediately went to rebook this house. We never payed close attention to the booking, but was pleasantly surprised when they had added 2 new bathrooms to what an old storage room. This made the stay even better for us with teenage girls who had there on bathroom. This is one of the best location in my opinion, in the Destin/ Ft. Walton area. The beach is quiet and only 2 minutes away with the golf cart. For our family this is a perfect fit. Will definitely reserve this house again sometime in the future.

Great Location & Wonderful Stay with Ocean Reef!
This house is in a great location close to great restaurants and lots of things to do. You can walk to the beach or take the golf cart. The only downside of the location is that you can't take the golf cart outside of the neighborhood because its not allowed on 98. This wasn't a big deal, but we didn't realize this when booking. Overall the property was great and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely book with Ocean Reef again.

Sweet spot sweet stay
The house was very easy to find in a good neighborhood in Sandestin. The property lived up to its billing in VRBO. The rooms and beds were very comfortable with plenty of towels. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. Great central location for lots of foods and activities nearby. Easy access to the beach. Only downside was the beach weather the week we were there. Double red flags every day. Thus the pool and the hot tub were used extensively. Overall would definitely book this house again.
