The Pool House

This unique Destin vacation home is aptly named since it houses a refreshing indoor swimming pool. It is also very close to the sugary shores of Miramar Beach. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the ability to sleep up to seventeen fortunate guests. The rental is comfortably furnished and loaded with wonderful creature comforts.

The Pool House features an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor leading to the large pool room through sliding glass doors. It has a serene inviting look with beach-washed hardwood flooring, pale blue walls, and an open staircase that leads to upper-level guest quarters. The comfortable furnishings include a dove gray-colored couch and a chic abstract leaf-patterned accent chair. A white framed dining table with a hardwood top is flanked on two sides by a built-in bench and four cottage-style chairs. A large wall-mounted flatscreen TV above it is provided for entertainment. An open kitchen with a sleek black granite-topped bar includes four white framed stools with dark ebony wooden tops. The ample kitchen offers cream-colored cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances to create a fun family feast.

The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a sunny window view and light blue colored walls. It includes a king-sized bed that faces a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV above a richly woven white wicker dresser. This bedroom has direct access to a full bath with double vanity sinks on a mottled marzipan-colored granite countertop and a tub-shower combination. This full bath is also accessible from the living area to serve as a powder room.

The upstairs guest quarters are adjacent to a second living area with a couch and a bunk bed with two full-sized beds. The couch faces a flatscreen TV and conveniently doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding. This room also includes sliding glass doors that lead to a breezy gulf view balcony. The comfortably appointed guest bedrooms on this level include a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and a bunk room with a full and twin bed. These three guest quarters include flatscreen TVs for evening viewing pleasure and share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

The fantastic indoor pool area features a high wood truss ceiling and tiled flagstone flooring. White vertical shiplap-type walls are adorned with tropical fish and lots of windows for natural light. A large wall-mounted flatscreen TV is available for music, videos, and entertainment. This sparkling space includes two beach-inspired dining tables with four seats each and a couple of wicker framed chairs with colorful cushions. An outdoor gas grill inspires guests to have a cookout and then enjoy poolside dining indoors.

This highly sought-after Miramar Beach location is close to popular gulf front restaurants and friendly beach bars within walking distance. Ocean Reef guests enjoy special reduced rates for golf, tennis, and fun beach rentals next door at Seascape. The Pool House is also near area grocery stores and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and swank Grand Boulevard are minutes away at Sandestin. Baytowne Wharf was inspired by the architectural designs found in the New Orleans French Quarter. It includes a wide variety of restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, family amusements, outdoor concerts, fun year-round festivals, and exciting seasonal fireworks. The tropically urbane Sandestin town center of Grand Boulevard features fine clothiers, fashion boutiques, galleries, restaurants with casual bars, a Publix grocery store, and a multiplex movie theater with a VIP dining room.
