Treasure Chest is a beautifully refreshed beach retreat that comfortably accommodates up to 12 lucky guests. Tucked away in a quiet Miramar Beach neighborhood just off Scenic Gulf Drive, this charming vacation home puts you in the heart of everything—yet feels like your own private oasis. A short stroll takes you straight to the sugary shoreline with no streets to cross, but you don't even have to leave the backyard to slip into full vacation mode.

The home’s private lagoon-style pool is framed by lush tropical landscaping, swaying palms, and a sun-drenched paver patio designed for relaxation at every turn. On the raised sun deck, a crisp white pergola offers built-in bench seating encircling a collection of deep blue Adirondack rockers—a picture-perfect gathering spot for sunset cocktails and late-night conversations under glowing string lights. Just steps away, the revamped outdoor bar features café-style seating, a flatscreen TV, and coastal touches that invite laid-back luxury. Whether you're grilling up the catch of the day or reclining poolside with a chilled drink in hand, the backyard is made for memory-making—day or night.

Inside, the interiors feel fresh, coastal, and inviting, blending timeless comfort with refined design. The kitchen itself is a bright, open showpiece, gleaming with stainless steel appliances, sleek white cabinetry, and generous counter space perfect for everything from pancake breakfasts to charcuterie spreads. Whether you're prepping Gulf shrimp or shaking up sunset margaritas, this space brings function and flair in equal measure. On the first floor, a beautifully appointed queen guest bedroom is located just off the living area and shares a stylish hall bath, which also serves as a convenient powder room. Two twin rollaway beds are also available for added flexibility (linens not included).

And when you’re ready to venture out, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard, and Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin offer shopping, dining, and seasonal events just minutes away.

First Floor: Furnished in soothing earth tones, the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow into the landscaped backyard pool area, fenced for privacy. With its decorative tile deck, grill, outdoor dining furniture, and comfortable lounge chairs, the space feels like a private retreat all its own. The dining area and utility room are also on this level. A large flat-screen TV anchors the living room. A well-appointed queen bedroom shares a full bath with the great room. Two twin roll-away beds are also provided (linens not included).

Second Floor: The king suite features a Juliet balcony and a private bath with beautifully crafted dual vanities. A second queen bedroom shares a full bath with the bunk room, which includes two full-over-twin bunks that sleep up to six—perfect for little beachgoers dreaming of the next day’s adventures.
