Vacation in style at this massive beachfront vacation home in the exclusively gated neighborhood of Destiny by the Sea. This spacious rental residence includes seven bedrooms, six and one-half baths, and accommodations for 24 beach-going guests. Besides the lovely expanse of private beach, an on-site beach service is available during the season to provide effortless Gulf-front relaxation, and a complimentary setup—including two chairs and an umbrella—is included with your stay. This idyllic Destin neighborhood also features a lavish tropical oasis with a lagoon-shaped swimming pool. Towering palm trees, palmettos, and other tropical plants surround a sun patio beside the pool. A bubbling hot tub nearby provides pampered relaxation. An outdoor pavilion features a soaring columned veranda beside the pool with covered seating areas and comfortable furnishings.

Tuscany has a stately presence with Tuscan-styled exteriors and grounds studded with tropical palm trees. The main open living, dining, and kitchen area are located on the first floor. An elegant foyer bids entrance into this grand setting with travertine marble flooring and high beamed ceilings. An open staircase has decorative black wrought iron railings and is adorned with a leopard-patterned rug. A large window beside it looks out upon a patio with a 6'x14' private pool for refreshing relaxation. The handsomely furnished living area features three walls of windows that provide abundant natural light and frame the sparkling seascape. Glass doors lead out to a beachfront veranda that spans its entire width overlooking the jewel-toned waters of the glittering gulf. It has a nautical look with a blue cushioned couch, accent chairs, and cocktail tables where you may enjoy your favorite libations while experiencing the stunning views. An extra-large flatscreen TV provides entertainment in a custom-built entertainment center. A malt-tone granite countertop accents a dark-stained regal wraparound bar facing the state-of-the-art kitchen. It has plenty of seating on two sides for wining and dining. The kitchen features a center island, a wine cooler, custom cabinetry, and brushed stainless steel appliances. A large round dining table has six regal chairs with burgundy patterned seats and decoratively carved hardwood circular backs for charmed dining.

The primary bedroom and four guest bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has dark rich, handsome furnishings with a king-size bed, walls of windows highlighting the gulf, and a romantic balcony. The luxurious ensuite bath has double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, and a corner tub with gulf views. Three of the beautifully furnished guest bedrooms on this level include king-size beds and luxury ensuite baths. One guest bedroom has bunks with four full-size beds. The third level is a spacious separate living quarter with a beamed vaulted ceiling, a pool table, a royal blue leather couch, and two matching chairs facing a large flatscreen TV. This area also has a full kitchen, a dining area, a gulf-front balcony, and two guest bedrooms with ensuite baths. One guest room includes a king-size bed, while the other boasts two cozy queen-size beds and a white queen-size sleeper sofa.

This Destin locale has a phenomenal gulf-front setting close to popular restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, shops, and area amusements. One nearby restaurant, known as The Crab Trap, is just a short stroll down the beach. It resembles an enchanting golden Americana-styled seaside pavilion from the early 1900s and serves savory seafood and craft cocktails. The trendy retail village of Destin Commons is also nearby. This idyllic retail village features turret towers, avenues lined with royal palms, a classic fountain, and a kid’s play plaza with mini geysers for refreshing fun. It is anchored by a Belk’s Department Store, a large Bass Pro Shops, and Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl & Grill. Pedestrian-friendly avenues are lined with fine clothiers, fashion boutiques, specialty stores, shoe shops, and jewelers. A variety of restaurants with casual bars and an AMC multiplex movie theater provide entertainment. This great locale is also close to all the happenings of HarborWalk Village and the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard of Sandestin. Each place features a wide array of excellent restaurants, lively bars, special shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, fabulous festivals, and exciting seasonal firework displays.

Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas must be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holidays and Spring Break.
