Legacy is a desirable, gated, beachfront development on Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. The community includes a low-density condo building that is positioned right on the sand as well as six townhomes directly behind, which offer gulf views from the balconies. Guests can enjoy a direct and private beach access exclusive only to those staying within the gates. Legacy also offers two community pool areas, an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, and barbecue grills to prepare a delicious seafood feast.
Goatfeathers seafood market is just down the road where you can pick up the fresh catch of the day. Plenty of other restaurants and shops are also in walking and biking distance both in Seagrove and the neighboring communities of WaterSound and Seaside. A Publix grocery store is just up the road, and a convenient Tom Thumb gas station is just across the street.

Where do you park when you have more than one vehicle?
Depending on which unit you reserve at Legacy, parking is available for one or two vehicles. If additional parking is needed, you can find options for overnight parking here.
Is there a place to keep bikes?

Are canopies allowed on Legacy's beach?
Personal chairs, umbrellas, tents, and canopies are permitted on the beach. Please note that tents and canopies can be at most 10x10 in size and must be set up behind all beach chairs and umbrellas.
