54 On The Shore is a gracious, hospitable vacation home that is perfect for a beach reunion among family and friends due to its ideal layout with multiple living spaces and private rooms. There are two living areas downstairs with one being a Game Room with a handsome Billiards Table and a staircase leading to a bedroom with two twin beds.  The other is the primary living room that adjoins an extended open galley kitchen with upscale custom cabinetry and includes an island bar to serve wine, cocktails, appetizers and fun buffet styled meals. Additionally, there are two dining tables flanking the island. French doors open onto the wide covered deck that offers Adirondack chairs for easy conversation and a teak bistro table and chairs for outdoor snacking. Built-in seating overlooking the gulf leads to the private boardwalk. Watch spectacular sunrises and sunsets here or walk down a few steps to the beach.

The Master Suite is on the first floor and has a king sized bed with an attached luxury bath that includes double vanity sinks and a walk-in marble tiled shower with dual heads. This level also includes a queen room with a private bathroom and a laundry room.

On the second floor, a large gathering area with soaring square columned portals leads into a sunny sitting room. Here family TV time or card games can occur, or simply sit and watch the waves crash on the shoreline. Multiple windows provide sensational views of the seascape. There is direct access to a covered balcony on both the east and the west ends. This level also hosts two bedrooms with king and twin bunks, each with a private en-suite bath.
