Coral Rose is a three bedroom vacation rental on Scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach. This iconic, three story A Frame beach home has two open decks on the second and third floors where you may enjoy the sea breeze while listening to the distant sound of the surf. These beach facing balconies also afford views of the emerald hued gulf waters. Although the beach is just a stroll away you may want to just hang out at the house and enjoy the refreshing private swimming pool in the fenced yard. The tiled deck that surrounds the pool comes with chaise lounge chairs that beckon you to relax.

Inside, the main living area on the second floor has full access to the wide covered balcony where you may enjoy visiting with family. The kitchen is decorated in nautical colors with white cabinetry and navy blue counter tops. One of the counters serves as a pass through bar with four stools where guests may enjoy some fresh steamed shrimp. White tiled flooring sweeps through the comfortably furnished family room that faces a wall with two sunny windows and a sliding glass door that goes out onto the covered deck. A rectangular dining table beneath a vintage chandelier sits nearby and easily can accommodate six. A spacious Guest Suite on this same level has two queens and one full sized bed. The full hall bathroom serves this bedroom and doubles as a convenient Powder Room.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom Suite that has is nicely decorated with a king sized bed, a wide screen TV on the long white dresser and private access to the open air sun deck with views of the gleaming gulf in the distance. A private ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower. Another Guest Suite on this third floor level also has a king sized bed and utilizes a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

Front and center on South Walton's famed Scenic 30A, Coral Rose is only minutes from everything Seacrest Beach has to offer. Explore delectable dining options, mom & pop shops, and funky art galleries. Head a little further and discover the neighboring communities of Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to east. Get away from it all or surround yourself with excitement when you spend your next South Walton vacation at Coral Rose.

Can the pool be heated?

Coral Rose has a great pool - and a large pool deck! However, the pool at this vacation home is not able to be heated.

Is there a way to get inside without taking the steps?

Coral Rose is a raised home with covered parking on the first level. You must take one flight of stairs on the exterior of the home to enter the main living portion.

Where is the beach access for this home?

The Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access is only a 3-4 minute walk away towards the west on 30A. Don't forget your sunscreen!

Can you access the third level from inside the home?

Yes, the third level is accessible from inside the home. There is also exteriors stairs leading between each floor. Be sure to explore the 3D Tour for an exact layout of the home!

Does the kitchen have pots, pans, utensils, etc?

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef, however - Coral Rose is a non-pet-friendly home. If you are unable to board your pup, you may want to consider one of these Pet Friendly Rentals.

Is there an outdoor shower at the house?

There is not an outdoor shower, but a hose is provided near the pool deck to wash off sandy feet after a relaxing day at the beach.

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. We do not provide blankets or beach towels, so you will want to provide your own.

Can we have a tent on the beach?

Personal chairs, umbrellas, tents, and canopies are permitted on the beach. Please note that tents and canopies can be no larger than 10x10 in size and must be set up behind all beach chairs and umbrellas.
