The whimsical name of this hospitable vacation home certainly describes the amount of amusement you, your family, and friends will experience here on vacation. However, that is just part of the experience as this contemporary home sits beachfront, high upon a sugary white dune with stunning panoramic views of the jewel-toned Gulf of Mexico. Your own private beach below invites you to take a plunge and luxuriate in the glowing emerald-colored waters. You may also choose to take a freshwater dip in the private neighborhood pool, which is steps away.

Lotsa Fun Too is a classic Mediterranean style home that has five bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 fortunate guests. Four of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and come with full attached baths, and the fifth bedroom is a convenient bunk room with two twin bunks, and it too has its own bathroom! It is located in Dune Allen at the exclusively gated residential community known as Vizcaya. This location is a walled-in wonderful world of its own, right off Scenic 30A, and places you a short distance away from popular beachfront restaurants, specialty shops, friendly casual bars, and an abundance of amusements. Santa Rosa Beach's unofficial town center of Gulf Place is a minute away and offers all of the above, along with regular seasonal festivals and outdoor concerts. However, you'll find yourself having a hard time leaving the lap of luxury. This beach home is attired with an upscale yet rustic kind of coastal elegance that includes comfortable furnishings and all modern interior amenities. High richly beamed ceilings adorn the open Great Room that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A triple set of French glass doors leads out to a covered porch with arching portals where you may enjoy the vivid beachfront views, relish gulf breezes, and listen to the soothing surf. A wrap-around couch and matching accent chairs face these views and a large wall-mounted TV for entertainment. A wooden table with eight stylish chairs provides a place for dining beneath an ornate vintage chandelier. The modern Gourmet Kitchen nearby has gleaming stainless steel appliances, tall creamy cabinetry, and a white granite-topped bar with seating where favorite drinks or savory appetizers may be easily served. A separate built-in wet bar on an adjacent wall includes an ice maker and provides additional elegant space for entertaining.

Each of the five bedrooms is individually decorated professionally with a designer style that ranges from the classic tropical Hemingway look to contemporary chic to a comfortable traditional presentation. All but one of these bedrooms includes king-size beds with a private luxury bath en suite while the other guest bunk bedroom also has access to a full bath. The two beachfront bedrooms have access to a large covered balcony on the second story, which is centered on the beach overlooking the gulf waters. The Master Bedroom Suite has access to a story covered balcony that overlooks the pool.

Besides local dining, drinking, and shopping venues this impressive Vizcaya vacation home is close to other villages along Scenic 30A as well as Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated from Thanksgiving to New Years.
