NEW FOR 2026: Salt Water Serenity is now pet-friendly!

This newly completed townhome is located in the fantastic Prominence neighborhood off Scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach. It features three bedrooms with the ability to accommodate 11 beach going guests. The interiors of Salt Water Serenity are quite elegant with upscale décor and comfortable furnishings. The living area is on the ground floor with a patio across its front. This open room has two sets of glass doors that lead out to the breezy wooden deck, and multiple windows throughout that provide a bright sunny look. Rich hardwood flooring offers a warm feel while high ceilings accentuate spaciousness. A classic couch and two sleek armchairs are flanked by the two sets of glass doors and face a wall-mounted flatscreen in between them for entertainment. A giant vivid print on a side wall features a big blue wave cresting wave in an exciting spiral. Two regal cream-colored chairs sit behind the couch near a set of windows beside a table with a stylish lamp. A powder room is located conveniently nearby. The open state of the art kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, including a side by side refrigerator freezer, a commercially vented gas range top with a thick Venetian plaster backsplash, and a separate double oven. A marble-topped kitchen island bar with a sink has a four coastal-inspired blue chairs to enjoy casual drinks with appetizers. A hardwood plank topped rectangular table with bench seating provides a charming dining spot nearby.

The Primary Bedroom, a Guest Bedroom, and a Bunk Room are on the top level. The Primary Bedroom has cottage styled furnishings with a comfortable king-sized bed flanked by windows and a full ensuite bath with double vanities, mottled granite-topped counters as well as a glass-walled walk-in shower. The charming Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a unique blue panel wall headboard framed in white and two antique bedside tables with lamps that feature swirling decorative metal urn-shaped bases. The Kid's Quarters sleeps five with a full bunk and twin trundle. This Bunk Room and Guest Bedroom share a full hall bath with a tub shower combination. All three bedrooms include Flatscreen TVs.

The Prominence neighborhood provides abundant resort-style amenities. A giant shimmering 5,000 square foot community swimming pool is provided for use by fortunate guests. This wonderful residential amenity includes club-like bathhouses, showers, and dressing rooms. A Kitchen Pavilion promotes fun convivial gatherings with multiple stainless steel gas grills with ovens, a Wet Bar, along with tables and chairs for poolside cookouts.

Across the 30a, an outdoor event destination known as The Big Chill includes cushioned couches, tables, and chairs. It regularly hosts live musical entertainment, seasonal festivities, and family movie nights under the stars. Here you will also enjoy a vast selection of fun eateries and bars.

This Seacrest Beach location is also just minutes away from restaurants, bistros, shopping, and fun festivals located in the charming Village of Rosemary Beach and neighboring Alys Beach.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Primary Suite with Walk-In Shower, Queen Bedroom, Bunk Room with Full Bunk and Twin Trundle, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the north community pool is typically heated for the months of October-November and March-April.

Fun weekend

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. The house was VERY clean and comfy, but there were a couple maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Ocean Reef was very responsive, so I’m sure they would’ve fixed these issues, but we didn’t feel the need to have them come out and repair things during our trip. The only thing else to note is that bikes are provided, but nothing else. If you are flying in, there are no beach chairs or other amenities provided for a beach trip. The location was great, especially for families with kids. It’s right across the street from The Big Chill which offers activities and mediocre fast casual restaurants (except for the pizza, that was amazing!). It’s also a short bike ride/drive to Deer Lake State Park which offers public beach access

Beautiful Property

Our family loved staying at this property. We checked in an hour early and had new instructions within minutes of me emailing the host. The place was clean and provided plenty of towels and extra sheets/pillows. The pool area was clean and close enough to walk to. There are plenty of beaches with public access within 5-10 minutes. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Fun Family Getaway

The property was just as described. It was clean and spacious. We’d probably say even the comfiest beds we’ve slept in on vacation. Only con was its proximity to the beach. We knew that before we booked, so I didn’t give a lower rating, but if your okay driving to a beach access close by then this place is great. The closest access is at the state park, which driving was fine, but then there’s about a 15 min walk to the beach from there. Although, on the plus side, even though you pay a minimal entrance fee to park, there are bathrooms and they looked very clean. Overall great place. If your family prefers the pool to the beach then it’s a gem of a find. If you’re mostly beach people, the driving, walking and hauling your stuff to the beach gets old pretty quick.

Yes! Salt Water Serenity is located on Dune Comet Ln, approximately a three to four minute walk away from the Prominence community pool.

How far is the beach?

The nearest beach access location is at the Deer Lake State Park beach, approximately 0.5 miles away. The park charges $3 per vehicle or $2 per pedestrian. It includes restrooms, picnic pavilions, nature trails, and more!
