This charming five bedroom vacation home is situated in an excellent location in the heart of Grayton Beach, just a one minute stroll away from the beautiful shore as well as restaurants in the village. The town borders Grayton Beach State Park and a lovely coastal dune lake with an estuary that connects to the gulf. Such bodies of water are found hardly anywhere else in the world and are a true natural treasure. Tidal action mixes the salty gulf with fresh water as the tide goes in and out. The magical water composition is an abundant habitat for wildlife. Besides enjoying the glowing jewel toned gulf, you may also try your luck fishing or take a paddleboard out upon the lovely lake. This park was recently named one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Forbes Magazine! Another delightful option you have here is to take a pool plunge out back - this rental has one tailor-made for refreshing entertainment that measures 28' x 14'. The pool gate opens directly to a 50' walkway over to the beach providing the best of both worlds.

Inside Laid Back, you may enjoy an exceptional collection of movies, video games for the kids, a unique collection of wonderful music, plus Wi-Fi throughout the house. The sunny first-floor pool level has two pinstriped couches with one doubling as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. They face a large TV with a bookcase nearby filled with films. The open kitchenette has a country table with four chairs.

One Guest Bedroom on the first floor has two charming, queen beds while the other has a serene look with a king-sized bed beside double glass doors for pool views and direct access. Two individual full hall baths are right off each bedroom. A Bunk Room with colorful beds is on this level with a spiral staircase that leads upstairs. Sophisticated art, sea sculptures and whimsical décor give this home a fun Floridian feel.  

The living area features a partially open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an intimate breakfast table, a counter bar, and white cabinetry for a crisp coastal look. A rustic hardwood table nearby is flanked by ladder-backed chairs for dining. A plush blue wraparound couch faces a large flatscreen TV. Glass doors lead to an open deck with a dining table and a grill. All this inspires an outdoor cookout while enjoying the gulf breeze and soothing surf sounds. The beautifully appointed Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom on this level both have king-sized beds. The Master also has a bath en-suite while the Guest Bedroom has access to a full hall bath.

This village center location provides great food and drinks with live music at Red Bar and Chiringo. Additional South Walton restaurants, beach bars, specialty shops, free concerts and seasonal festivals are minutes away along Scenic 30A.
