Last Call

Last Call is a three-story vacation home that has a stately presence with white alabaster exteriors and thick terracotta tiled roofing along with breezy balconies off the living area and Master Suite. Ten fortunate beach-going guests may reside here in a lifestyle that personifies pampered privilege. It is also very family-friendly since it includes two Bunk Rooms for kids and two living areas.

The awesome locale is the crown jewel of the prestigious Destiny residential community known as Destiny by the Sea.  This exclusive enclave of multi-million dollar homes provides residence in a privately gated wonderful world of its own nestled away beside the glorious gulf. These homes represent Destiny's crème de la crème due to its close proximity to the jewel-toned gulf and its own private beach. It also adjoins the James Lee Beach Park, where the captivating golden Americana-styled Crab Trap Restaurant is located. You can stroll down the shore to this popular place to enjoy great seafood, gumbo, sandwiches, and favorite tropical drinks. This gracious rental home is only about a stone's throw away from one of the Destiny by the Sea beach access. Right across the street is a neighborhood clubhouse with restroom facilities, showers, and dressing rooms surrounded by a lushly landscaped "oasis." This gorgeous tropical setting includes a large lagoon-shaped swimming pool, a bubbling Hot Tub, a patio adorned with towering Royal Palm trees, and an outdoor lounging area that partially sits beneath a dramatic outdoor pergola with a two-story-tall cathedral ceiling.

The first floor of this congenial home includes separate guest quarters for individual family or friends vacationing together with a main living area on the second floor and a Master Suite with a kid's Bunk Room on the top floor. This level has a Guest Bedroom with a cottage-style king-sized bed facing a wall-mounted Flatscreen TV and a giant painting of a pelican. Nearby a kid's quarters decorated with a surfboard has two twin bunks, and they share a full bath with a tub shower connection. A nice den on this floor has a burgundy leather couch facing a wall-mounted Flatscreen TV for evening entertainment.
The second floor's charming open living area has a bright white look with tiled marble flooring, a cream-colored shiplap wall, and plenty of light. It is beautifully appointed with coastal-style decorative art, nautical paintings, marine life prints, driftwood, and antique sculptures. A comfortable wraparound couch near glass doors out to a balcony faces a large Flatscreen TV above a beachy cabinet. A white country table is flanked by a built-in bench on two sides flanked with four cottage-style chairs beneath a candled chandelier for charmed dining.  The open kitchen nearby has creamy cabinetry accented by gray veined white marble countertops and bar seating for two. Brushed stainless steel appliances and a gas range top provide everything needed for a fun family feast.

The spacious Master Bedroom Suite and extra kids' quarters encompass the entire top floor.  The Master Bedroom has rich hardwood flooring, a regal king-sized bed beside a fun, stylish painting of a Pink Flamingo, and a nice seating alcove with two tropically patterned white armchairs next to glass balcony doors. The romantic balcony overlooks the tropical pool oasis. The ensuite luxury bath includes a deep soaking tub and a separate glass-walled shower. An adjoining Bunk Room has two full beds.

This Destiny location is near popular beachside restaurants, grocery stores, and popular shopping venues like the palm-studded Disneyesque Destin Commons retail village with a giant Bass Pro Shop, Belk's Department store, fine clothiers, fashion boutiques, dining spots, bars, and a multiplex theater. Delightful diversions are also equidistance away at bustling HarborWalk Village in Destin and enchanting Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin.

First Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Shared Tub/Shower Combo.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Full Bunk and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, Laundry.

Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas must be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holidays and Spring Break.
