This one-bedroom Gulf-front condo is perched high atop a sandy dune in Seacrest Beach, offering stunning, unobstructed views directly out to the shimmering Gulf. As a premium corner unit, it’s filled with natural light thanks to a full wall of windows that frame the shoreline and invite the outdoors in. Bright, breezy, and undeniably serene, this coastal retreat sets the stage for peaceful mornings, sun-soaked afternoons, and quiet evenings wrapped in the sound of the surf.

The interiors have been remodeled to include a modern kitchen and flat screen TVs. The open living area has a cathedral ceiling which gives it a sunny spacious feel, while the parchment colored tile flooring lends a warm ambiance. Windows go all the way up to the truss which frames the sensational outdoor scenery with sliding glass door that lead out onto the beachfront balcony. Here you may not only relish the sparkling views but also listen to the soothing sound of the surf. A nautical latte colored couch and two floral patterned armchairs allow you to enjoy this scenery from indoors as well as the wall mounted TV. (The couch doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa.) Nearby, beside a wall of windows that face out towards the west, is a modern dining table with four wooden stools. The new kitchen has a richly mottled granite countertop that includes a bar with two stools where you may enjoy favorite drinks while getting ready for a savory seafood meal. The stainless steel appliances include a side by side refrigerator so you have everything you need to create a romantic dinner for two when you decide to dine in. The sharp looking bedroom is contemporarily styled with a king sized bed and a flat screen TV.

This relatively remote 30A location allows you to enjoy walking miles of uncrowded beaches below the towering dunes. It is close to the expansive Dear Lake State Park with trails that meander across from the forested shore as well as near the pristine coastal dune lake itself. For an evening out you don't have far to go since the charming Dutch Indies inspired Village of Rosemary Beach is only about ten minutes away. Here you will find a delightful setting with specialty boutiques, wine bistros, galleries and fine dining establishments.

Million dollar view

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef, however - Ramsgate 9 is a non-pet-friendly property. If you are unable to board your pup, you may want to consider one of these Pet Friendly Rentals.

Which floor is this unit located? Does the building have an elevator?

Great job finding Ramsgate 9! This is a third-floor walk-up unit. The Ramsgate condominium does not include an elevator.

Can we rent for less than a week?

The majority of our properties reserve on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday - as do most here along the coast. Once we are within 30 days from your arrival date, we can typically become flexible with this date restriction. To check on a different set of dates, please give us a call. We'd love to help!
