This four-bedroom, three-bath Miramar Beach home accommodates up to 12 guests in Gulfside Cottages, a palm-lined community accented by tropical landscaping, white picket fences, and inviting porches. The sugary shoreline and emerald waters of the Gulf are about a three-minute stroll away, while the community pool is just steps from the home—two conveniences guests mention again and again in their reviews.

Inside, bright coastal tones and comfortable furnishings create an easy place for families to settle in together. The first floor includes the King Primary Suite with a private bath featuring a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, plus French doors opening onto a covered porch overlooking the tropical surroundings. A Queen Guest Suite on this level also has a private bath and its own porch access, and a convenient laundry area makes longer stays a little easier. Upstairs, the open living, dining, and kitchen areas invite everyone to gather, with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV, and gaming setup for laid-back evenings at home. The dining table seats six, while the granite-topped breakfast bar provides seating for three beside a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a mosaic backsplash.

We simply love the house and the area that it's in
The reservation process couldn't have been easier! This was our third year with Ocean Reef, and our second year staying in Sandy Bottoms. We are hoping to reserve this house again next year. My son and I are seriously considering moving to Destin in the next five years, we love it so much! I wouldn't change a thing about the house or the reservation process! The pool is so close, which was great because my 21 month granddaughter and 4 1/2 year grandson were with us. The kids and grown ups all enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and the convenience of having stores and restaurants so close .We flew down from West Virginia, and the airport was just a 30 minute drive to the house. It was wonderful! The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave! We'll be back next year for sure!

We enjoyed everything about our vacation.
It was so simple and easy to reserve our property. We had no difficulty at all finding and reserving our house. Arriving at our house and getting inside was so easy. The parking was perfect for us, and it was so close to the door used to get in and out, making loading and unloading our vehicles a breeze! We've gone this same week for the past 3 years, and it's the best time ever. Our family isn't big on night life, drinking, etc., and the family atmosphere we've found through Ocean Reef rentals has made our vacation a dream. Every year when our vacation ends, we talk about how we'd love to just stay and never go home! It's the best vacation ever, and each year gets better and better! We had no problem getting the house ready for our departure. We all worked together to clean it up and get our things packed up. It's always sad when we leave, but we immediately start talking about next year's vacation before we ever get home, and we drive over 750 miles one way to get there!

Our favorite spot!
This is the second time we have stayed at sandy bottoms in Miramar. The place is perfect for a bigger group and so close to the beach! We love everything about this area: the beach, the pool, the close shopping outlet, the food, and so many things to try for fun! We like that it’s a quiet neighborhood and that there’s always room on the beach in this location. It really gives you that vacation feeling that you’re looking for! The host was great on communication and responded quickly. We love this spot and will definitely book a third time!

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You will want to pack specialty kitchen items such as a crockpot, spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
