This charming Caribbean styled townhome in Seacrest Beach has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. It's located on Scenic 30A in South Walton, directly across from convenient access to the beach (only 50-yards away) and just steps from the Arcadia community pool.  A stately white-columned veranda overlooks a lush lawn bordered by tropical palms, live oaks, and magnolias inviting you to come out to relish the serene gulf breeze.

This gracious gulf view vacation home can accommodate up to eight happy beach-going guests. Sea Turtle Cottage has been wonderfully updated and comfortably furnished.  The natural light and décor completed with coastal accents put you in beach-vacation-mode as soon as you enter. The Master Bedroom with an en-suite bath and a kid's Bunk Room with two twin bunks are on the first floor. The Master Suite has double access to the lovely veranda, a smart TV, and a king-sized bed. It sits below a large seahorse wall sculpture while a decorative floating mermaid flies by on the wall, providing a whimsical touch. The nautically attired private bath includes a black marble topped vanity sink, tub, and shower. The Bunk Room has access to a full hall bath, double white bunks and a TV beside a fun wall painting of a Sea Turtle!

The second floor welcomes you with a charming open living area, decorated with tropical flair. Glowing honey-toned hardwood floors flow throughout. French doors provide light and open onto the railed front porch balcony inviting you to come out to relax while sipping upon your favorite fruity drinks. A sand-color couch that converts to a queen sleeper sofa faces a  Smart TV for entertainment and is flanked by two richly woven armchairs near the balcony. Tropical flourishes include woven baskets, a rustic antique side table, and a woven trunk. A reclaimed teak hardwood dining table has eight honey wicker chairs with comfortable cushions beside an open chef's kitchen. This features a lightly mottled creamy tan granite counter topped island with three saddle bar seats and stainless steel appliances. You may be inspired to get everyone together to create a fun family feast. Another Guest Bedroom on this level has a king sized bed with a tropical headboard and direct access to a hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

Sea Turtle Cottage has an ideal location along Scenic 30A in South Walton near shops and restaurants. The Hub is less than a mile away and boasts "the greatest backyard party of all time" with fun events, a wide array of delicious food, cold drinks, and live music.  Wonderful restaurants, friendly bars, wine bistros, specialty shops and fun seasonal festivals are also a fairly short distance away at the charming Dutch Indies inspired village of Rosemary Beach to the east as well as the Americana styled Seaside to the west.
