A table near the open kitchen has four white modern dining chairs, while the granite-topped bar includes five matching modern vintage stools.  Blonde hardwood cabinetry, a large French door refrigerator/freezer, and brushed stainless steel appliances, provide everything you need for fun culinary creations. A bright first-floor queen bedroom features a flatscreen TV, DVD player, oversized closet, and has access to the full hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

Upstairs you'll find the vibrant yellow room has a large king size bed, while the inviting coral bedroom also houses a cozy king.  Both rooms feature large flat-screen TVs, DVD players, en suite bathrooms, and spacious, private porches with chairs to enjoy the sun or cool breezes at night.  The master bedroom has a sitting area and bath featuring a glass-enclosed shower, double sinks, and a big tub all to help make getting ready for a fun day at the beach easy!

On the third floor, there are two bunk beds and a great outdoor area to catch a beautiful sunset or views of Seacrest and Alys Beach.  The bunk room is bathed in light as it sits high among the rooftops of Seacrest Beach. Modern touches keep the vibe fresh and the mood beachy, and that's something you can say for the whole house!   

Additional features include a Keurig coffee maker (standard drip coffee maker provided as well), Pack N Play, 2 child safety gates, child proof safety doorknob covers, cabinet latches and electrical outlet covers. There is also 24-hour onsite security your added protection.

Seacrest Beach is an enchanting laid back 30A coastal village that has one of the largest community pools in northwest Florida. A 12,000 square foot watery oasis encompasses several interconnecting pools on multiple levels complete with waterfalls and a large fountain, which is centered upon one of them. There are mini waterfalls that flow from one pool down into another and provides a luxurious lagoon type setting. On hot summer days, children and adults enjoy splashing around underneath a refreshing spray that mists down from fountain pool. In addition to the separate kid and adult areas, there are two designated lap pools available for avid swimmers.
