The shimmering white sands and emerald-toned waters of the Gulf are just a short stroll away—about an 8-10 minute walk. Guests also enjoy access to a beautiful neighborhood pool just steps from the property, complete with a sun deck, shaded pergolas, palms, and convenient restroom facilities.

Tivoli 5298 charms from the moment you arrive, with its terracotta roof, white stucco exterior, and tropical landscaping. Inside, the open-concept Great Room is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and features luxury vinyl plank flooring and airy ceilings with crown molding. The living area offers plush seating around a decorative area rug, a large coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV. Glass doors open onto a screened-in patio where you can unwind among the trees with coffee or cocktails. The adjacent dining space includes a country-style hardwood table with white spindle chairs under a vintage-inspired chandelier. The Primary Suite is a restful retreat with a king-sized bed, access to the screened patio, and a luxurious ensuite bath featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and twin bunk—perfect for kids or additional guests—and shares a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room. Our Top Choice
Our family has stayed in the Sandestin area many times, the Tivoli location is our favorite, we will definitely be booking again! The house was spacious, clean, and really gave you the beach vacation vibe! We felt so spoiled with the huge tub in the Master Suite and plenty of hot water for every bathroom. TVs in every room and plenty of space for game night! The golf cart was a huge plus, the kids felt so cool sitting passenger and it was easy to get to the beach! Highly recommended!

Outstanding Condo and Location!
I cannot say enough good things about this condominium. The room sizes are excellent and perfect for a larger group! The amenities and upgrades are top of the line as well. The golf cart that comes with the condo makes for a convenient drive around the property and to the beach. Our entire group had a marvelous time and would absolutely love to stay there again. The owners are top notch and quick to respond if we needed anything as well. The views on the back patio are incredible too! It backs up to the golf course and makes for a tranquil settings in the mornings. I would definitely book this condo again!

Easy Livin'!
Our recent stay was truly amazing. The unit is located just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is extremely convenient. Yet it's secluded off the main road to provide lots of privacy, which was great because we were able to truly relax and unwind. The open floor plan was also a huge plus, as it made the space feel even more spacious and welcoming. But perhaps the best part of all was the fact that we had access to a 6-person golf cart. It allowed us to access all the amenities of Sandestin without getting in our car, including the heated pool, Parlor Donuts, the shops, and Publix. Ocean Reef was quick to respond to our issues and followed up to ensure resolutions. The new exterior paint updates the units and makes them look really attractive. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental condo to anyone looking for a great vacation spot. It truly had everything we could have asked for and more.

Well-appointed, spacious condo
From the moment you step inside this spacious, inviting condo, you feel right at home, while on vacation! Pristinely clean from floor to ceiling, this three-bedroom condo was more than enough space for my husband and I, our two sons, and my husband's parents. The two master suites, located on opposite ends of the home, gave us a lot of privacy; our sons loved the bunk beds in the third bedroom! The third bedroom also has an additional queen bed. The open floor plan made our mornings and evenings so enjoyable, as we were able to relax, cook and eat all in one well-appointed, open, and airy space. Tivoli is located less than a one-minute golf cart ride from beach access. We also took the golf cart to Baytowne Wharf for shopping and dinners, and even to Publix one morning! Ocean Reef is a responsive and reputable company to book through, and the owner of this property is one who truly cares about his guests' satisfaction and enjoyment. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful gem!

Perfect spot!
The ground floor condo was a perfect set-up for our two families. We had four adults and two young kids. The equipment rental company had our crib and beach wagon on site at our arrival, and Ocean Reef was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The owner’s closet with beach chairs and umbrellas was convenient and an added benefit. The biggest perk of the condo was the 6 seater golf cart! Cars were only used to get to a couple off site golf courses and drive into 30A one night. We took the golf cart to the beach, pool, dinner, grocery store, etc. We will be back!

The place was beautiful and the amenities and location were superb.
Driving up to Sandestin and into the property was simply beautiful and exciting to see everything that was a short drive, walk, golf cart ride or bike ride away. There was nothing I didn't love about staying here. I cannot wait to come back especially when the weather is hotter! My family rated this the best vacation ever and we've been on some great vacations.
