Under The Sea in Destin's Miramar Beach

You can be snorkeling in the gorgeous gulf waters "under the sea" in no time when you stay in this unique vacation home since the beautiful beach is such a short distance away. In fact it's the best of all worlds since everything else you may need or want is just minutes away as well. Under the Sea features a convenient location off of Scenic Gulf Drive and places you near popular beachfront restaurants like The Crab Trap, Whale's Tail, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's. The nation's largest Discount Designer Outlet, known as Silver Sands, area grocery stores, and other great restaurants abound in Destin's Miramar Beach.

However, you may never want to venture very far away from this colorful, cheerful six-bedroom rental home that has room enough to accommodate up to 18 guests. This is a residence designed for entertainment and fun since besides the close proximity of the sugar-white beach, it also has a beautiful palm-studded courtyard with a private 8'x17' swimming pool. Everything in this home has been completely updated, including high definition Smart TVs in every room, and free wireless internet throughout. Furnishings are comfortable and upscale with a vivid décor.

The first floor encompasses three Guest Bedrooms, the Dining Room, and a contemporary open kitchen. Stainless steel appliances in the spacious kitchen enable the cooks to create a fun family seafood feast easily. A dark, gleaming solid surface countertop wraps around to include a bar with four raised seats for enjoying convivial visits with favorite tropical beverages and munchies. The separate dining area has a long white tabletop surrounded by navy blue chairs - providing a crisp, distinctive nautical ambiance. Three of the six bedrooms are located on the first floor, including one with a king-sized bed (and a 65" Flat Screen TV) and one with a queen bed. Each has access to a full bathroom, and the third bedroom has twin bunks with four colorful berths, which of course, provide perfect quarters for the kids. The bunk room also features a TV for each bed with easy HDMI hook-ups (don't forget game consoles). Also, it should be noted that all of these rooms have the easiest access to the gracious courtyard pool and patio.

Upstairs at Under the Sea are the three other Guest Suites, each of which are individually decorated in their own wonderfully unique styles. Each has access to their full bathroom, one of which doubles as a powder room. Breezy covered balconies look down onto the pool below. The main living area is also on the second floor, which has a 75-inch flat-screen Smart TV and plush comfortable furnishings convenient to the upstairs bedroom suites.

The third floor has another separate living area that has a Sleeper Sofa and arcade game making it the perfect quarter for teenagers. Under the Sea has room and entertainment for everyone making it the ideal place to stay for your family or friend reunion at the beach in Destin.

Awesome place

We had a fantastic time at Under The Sea. We had 11 adults and kids ranging from a few months to 16 years. Everyone had a great time. The house was clean. Perfect for our family!

“Under the Sea” was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 3 children. The pool was convenient when the littles needed a nap and mom and dad couldn’t be at the beach plus it was great for a cooling dip after a day at the beach. The video game kept us occupied on rainy mornings and late nights. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and 6 bedrooms/5 baths were perfect for the five couples and 3 kids. We were able to check-in a little early which was nice for several that got to town first. The property is just a few steps from the boardwalk that leads to the private beach (private for the neighborhood). Staff was easy to reach when necessary and the check-in/check-out process was handled smoothly through text messages and the property’s website.

Loved The Space Of The House

How far of a walk is it to restaurants and bars?

Under the Sea is a very close walk to both restaurants and bars. Be sure to check out Austons on 98 - as you will get a free appetizer as our guest. Surf Hut is also a close walk along the shore - and it's worth a visit too!

What is the minimum number of nights for rental?

The number of minimum nights for this property evolves dynamically. During peak times, it sells out weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Are linens, pillows, towels, and a coffee maker provided?

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Is there any box fans for use in the bedrooms?
