There's a new way to cool down in Grayton Beach—and it's not a swim in the Gulf. It's a frosty cup of frozen Italian lemonade from Jambos, the newest local gem bringing sweet, fruit-forward refreshment to one of 30A's most iconic beach towns.

Tucked between the towering oaks and winding coastal paths of Grayton Beach, Jambos is just a short stroll from the Gulf, quirky shops and galleries, and our Ocean Reef Central 30A office at 15 Pine Street. As the largest vacation rental provider in Grayton, we love spotlighting family-run favorites that capture the spirit of this beloved beach community—and Jambos is as Grayton as it gets.
Real Ingredients. Real Refreshment.
Jambos calls it "Italian Lemonade"—but think frozen, fruit-packed goodness with a texture somewhere between sorbet and snow cone. Inspired by the classic granita al limone of Italy, it's the perfect mashup of Old World tradition and 30A summer vibes.
As founder Jay puts it, "Most places use artificial syrups. We wanted to do something cleaner."
Flavors That Rotate Daily

Jambos keeps things fresh with a rotating selection of fruit-forward favorites. You might find:
Bright and zesty
Tropical goodness
Tangy and bold
Juicy and nostalgic
Each flavor is made in small batches and scooped with a smile. Whether you're a purist or a flavor-hopper, you'll find something cool to love.
A Family Story, One Spoonful at a Time

Wondering where the name "Jambos" comes from? It's not a brand—it's a blended love letter to family: Juliana, Amelia, Mariana, Ben, Olivia, and Sophia.
That family-first spirit is everywhere—from the name on the truck to the warm, welcoming vibe of every customer interaction. It's the kind of place where kids high-five the staff and grown-ups sneak "just one more bite."
Already A True Grayton Gem

What makes Jambos such a perfect fit for Grayton? It's playful. It's a little offbeat. And it doesn't take itself too seriously. Whether you're coming off the beach, coasting down DeFuniak Street on a cruiser, or just hunting for something fun after dinner—it's a go-to treat that feels totally at home in this funky, artsy beach town.
Where to Find Jambos
