My entire party is in awe over how well it’s decorated for a rental house. There is plenty of room for everyone and the beds are super comfy. Also everyone we have interacted with from Ocean Reef has been more than welcoming and super nice! 10/10

Holiday Isle Serenity is at an excellent location on Holiday Isle, with seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 beach-going guests. Each level of this beautiful home provides great separate spaces, perfect for multiple families. The first floor boasts its own bonus full kitchen, two living areas, and two bedrooms. Enjoy your private heated pool and game room with a pool table, or jump in the four-seater golf cart and whiz over to the neighborhood beach access!
It felt great to walk my mother-in-law up the main stairs and into the church-like living room. The twenty-foot ceilings are a show-stopper! The grandbabies loved the pool deck and game room, but my husband and I couldn't stop talking about the main bedroom; this was the perfect spot for our Texas-sized family!

The property was great. Just as nice as the pictures show and even better. Very accommodating for all my guest (which was the 17 max). I would definitely visit and recommend this property.

Sea the Sun is a beautiful pet-friendly vacation home with seven bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 20 happy guests plus a beloved fur baby. It's centrally located in the prestigious exclusively gated Dunes of Destin community. Bedrooms are on all three floors with a kitchenette and a bonus living area on the first floor. This classic stately home has elegant columned portico balconies out front overlooking a tropical setting adorned with palms. A private pool, fitness room, and garage game room provide extra perks.
This is such a beautiful home with lots of space. The private access to the beach was a short walk around the corner and it was perfect! The pool area was great. The location was amazing. It was such a luxurious experience and I can’t wait to do it again. I would definitely book this house again. Communication with Ocean Reef was A+

The beach is a two-minute walk away.
We brought our entire family down. 18 of us. The house fit everyone. The beach was a short block from the house. The guest house was perfect for the 2 toddlers and their parents. The pool was wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be back!

JUST WOW! Felt like we stepped into a Miami Beach private estate walking in. One thing after another, the posh hard wood floors and ceiling of the massive living room, the cozy beachy bedrooms and the playfully plentiful outdoor spaces, make this THE spot we'll return to next year for sure!

Atlantis is a luxury, eight-bedroom multi-family vacation home in Miramar Beach that can host up to twenty-five vacationers. With an expansive sundeck and private pool, spacious interior, and cozy bedrooms, this home is a tropical oasis of its own. Surrounded by a paver sundeck studded with palm trees, the lagoon-shaped pool is a unique feature of this property. The pool includes a round hot tub that cascades into the water, as well as an inset pavilion and swim-up bar. When you’re not spending time lounging on the beach, which is only a short walk away, you’ll definitely be spending most of your time at the pool! There is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill, so guests can cook up tasty poolside meals. Other first-rate home features include furnished balconies that overlook the pool area, as well as an open floorplan on the main level for relaxing, dining, and cooking.
We cant stop thinking about our trip to Atlantis and are already planning a trip to come back. This property has it all. We have a large family, so we needed a property that could accommodate us all. Atlantis offers so much, and the beach is only 2 minutes away! We loved the huge pool and outdoor space. We spent a lot of time outside grilling and lounging while the kids enjoyed the pool.

Me and my family of 20 stayed at Off the Hook in Destin Florida and when I tell you everything was awesome... from beginning to end very nice people and quick to respond will most definitely stay here again and again.

This rental home spans three levels, topped with a rooftop deck for entertainment. It offers eight bedrooms with ensuite baths and a third-floor game room, ensuring privacy and fun for all ages. The bright living areas and a rooftop deck with panoramic views make it perfect for large family gatherings, beach getaways, and memorable vacations.
The Sunset Terrace was perfect. We had 6 families with 13 kids, so the 6 bedrooms and 2 bunks rooms were perfect fit. We hardly had to use the 2nd kitchen, and the living/dining area never seemed too busy. The rooftop was awesome for an extra space to relax. Highly recommend for large group!

Hypnautic. Snap your fingers if you're looking for a multi-family mansion and the closest thing to beach rental nirvana here on earth. There are wide spaces and nooks n' crannies aplenty in this 8-bedroom vacation home that sleeps a whopping 30 guests. If you have several families in your vacation crew, this is the place for you. Tall ceilings, clean, fresh finishes throughout, and massive, repeat, massive outdoor living areas make this the place to stay when you want to all be together but have enough space to make it comfortable. A beautiful modern pool is top of the list of amenities that also includes a stellar game room, all in the heart of the Destin 30A area, Miramar Beach. It's hypnotizing, really.
Haven't had this much fun since college, plenty of room for all three of our families' children to spread out and enough luxury to razzle dazzle the wives - the pool table room opening on the actual pool deck and outdoor kitchen was our favorite touch! We put some miles on the beach cruisers and barely drove anywhere.

This large Miramar Beach vacation home was made for big beach reunions since there are seven bedrooms in the main house with two kitchens and wet bars on separate levels, along with two more bedrooms in the guest house, complete with its own kitchen. A huge lagoon-shaped pool sits between the primary residence and a separate guest house. A veranda and two upper-level balconies in the main house face the glorious gulf, which is just steps away.
We had a great time at the tackle box property! Plenty of space for a large group of all ages. Kids loved the pool and the beach. The property is very nice…it is a lot of stairs if you’re on the 3rd floor so be prepared :)

A beachfront balcony spans across the main residence width allowing guests to enjoy impressive views while listening to soothing surf sounds.
Everything from the house to the customer service, to the staff friendliness was top notch. 10/10 would book again.
