• Coastal favorites: Shrimp and grits with house-made andouille sausage, Maryland lump crab cakes, crispy oysters, and seasonal fresh fish preparations.
• Signature entrées: Pecan chicken with Parmesan grits, mango ginger salmon, and balsamic-glazed meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes.
• Lunch and lighter options: The famous oyster BLT, Boulevard Burger, seasonal salads, and the Vegan Lucky Bowl with roasted vegetables and quinoa rice.

Don’t overlook the appetizers, either. Vin’tij’s fried seafood boards are absolute showstoppers, with some of the most impressive presentations we’ve seen along the Emerald Coast. For something a little unexpected, the warm blue cheese and grape tart, featuring roasted grapes, candied walnuts, and balsamic reduction, perfectly captures the kitchen’s inventive approach.

One of the best reasons to return is the ever-changing selection of specials. The kitchen regularly introduces new creations inspired by seasonal ingredients, giving guests something different to discover with each visit. It’s always worth asking what’s being featured that day before making your selection.

For those with a sweet tooth, desserts such as warm lemon pound cake offer a delicious finish.

What We Tried: Three Standout Dishes

On our recent visit, we chose three very different dishes that captured the variety and creativity of the Vin’tij menu.

Fried Oyster Crostini

A delicious beginning! Crispy fried oysters arrived with spinach, pickled red onions, lemon caper butter, and a touch of chili oil. The combination of crunchy, buttery, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors made every bite interesting.

Grilled Shrimp Caprese Salad

This refreshing dish paired grilled shrimp with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and a distinctive orange basil vinaigrette. The bright citrus dressing brought everything together beautifully, making it an especially appealing choice for a sunny Miramar Beach afternoon.

Vegan Lucky Bowl With Steak

Sometimes the unexpected choice becomes the favorite. We opted for the Vegan Lucky Bowl, adding steak for extra protein. Fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy, this combination has become one of our host’s personal favorites and an easy recommendation for first-time visitors.

Each dish showcased a different side of Vin’tij, from indulgent coastal flavors to lighter, vegetable-forward creations.

More Than a Restaurant for Wine Lovers

Wine is central to the Vin’tij experience, and the restaurant’s impressive wine boutique is one of its most distinctive features.

Founder Todd Reber has spent decades cultivating relationships with winemakers and distributors, assembling a curated collection of bottles from around the world. Guests can browse the selection, choose a bottle to enjoy with their meal, or pick up something special to take home.

The restaurant also hosts educational winemaker dinners, pairing carefully prepared courses with thoughtfully selected wines.

Prefer a cocktail? Vin’tij now offers a creative cocktail menu as well, making it just as inviting for those who aren’t particularly interested in wine.

For a relaxed afternoon, consider stopping by during Wine Down from 3 to 5 PM, or settle in for dinner when the colorful dining room takes on a more intimate evening atmosphere.
