Navigating the Layout

Mainsail’s design is beautiful, though a little tricky for first-timers. Its four buildings form a distinctive double “V” pattern, purposefully arranged to give as many residences as possible captivating Gulf views.

• Buildings 1 and 2 sit closest to the beach.
• Buildings 3 and 4 are just behind them, facing the pool and Gulf.

The Condo Number Secret

Each condo’s number tells you exactly where it is using a simple three-part code:

(Building) + (Floor) + (Unit)

So, for example, 214 means Building 2, 1st Floor, Unit 4. Once you know the pattern, you’ll find your way around like a local.

Parking Simplified

Parking is always a top concern, and we want to make it easy. At Mainsail, guest parking is located around and underneath the sports deck, connecting to both sides of the resort for convenient access to each building. Owner parking is available underneath or beside individual buildings.

A parking pass is provided at the gate upon arrival.
