All condo units at Emerald Waters feature full-size kitchens. They feature the basic necessities, such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You will want to bring specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Do Emerald Water condos include a pull out couch? How many beds in each room?

Does the condo have beach chairs and umbrellas?

Free seasonal beach service is only included with select properties. If chair and umbrella service is not provided complimentary with the unit, you can easily reserve these items over the phone or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is Emerald Waters pet friendly?

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Emerald Waters Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Is the community pool heated?

How many parking spots come with a 2 bedroom unit?

Each unit at Emerald Waters is allotted parking for two vehicles only. If additional parking is needed you can find options for overnight parking here.

Can you rent golf carts?

Gas golf carts are permitted at Emerald Waters with a valid parking permit displayed at all times. Each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space.

Is there an elevator?

Emerald Waters is a four-story, low-rise condominium in sunny Miramar Beach! An elevator is provided on the east side of the building, along with stairwells at each end. This will ensure quick and easy access to the pool and white-sand beach!

Can we take our own chairs and umbrella?

Thanks for checking! Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted, however, must remain in front of the Emerald Waters beach access at all times and not impede the onsite beach service.
