Welcome to 3 Seasons, this three-story vacation home has three bedrooms along with a bonus room opens to portico balcony on the top third floor, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. 3 Seasons is located in the charming Mediterranean styled community of Terra Cotta Terrace enclave off Scenic Hwy 98, just a short stroll to white sandy beach and popular beachfront restaurants. Guests of Terra Cotta also have full access to on-site double tennis courts, a sandy volleyball court and large swimming pool with a spacious sun deck, showers and restroom facilities.

The exterior of this hospitable home is elegant with a white columned porch and a breezy balcony. The interior is stylish and comfortably contemporary.  Honey toned hardwood flooring flows throughout the main living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a matching chair that face a flat screen TV. An antique wooden table close by has four side chairs and a high-backed leather chairs at each end. They sit beneath a shaded chandelier near an open pass thru to the kitchen. One Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with a flat screen TV and a full-sized bunk bed to accommodate more guests. This room has double glass doors that lead to outside back porch for entertaining.  Also, conveniently located on the first floor, a separate full hall bathroom that doubles as a powder room.

The second floor hosts the Master Bedroom and additional guest quarters. Both bedrooms have a full private bath en suite. The Master Bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, a sitting area, and a large flat screen TV. Glass doors lead out to a balustrade balcony with rocking chairs. The en suite private bath includes a soaking tub, separate glassed in shower and double vanities. The other Guest Bedroom is also distinctively styled with a king size bed, a flat screen TV and doors that lead out onto another balcony.  A double sleeper sofa at the landing that serves as an office nook.

There is a Bonus Room on the third floor which is designed for entertaining since it has a built-in wet bar with cabinetry and a mini-refrigerator.  This is a warm bright room with sunny ambiance and double glass doors lead out to a roof top sun deck overlooking the lushly landscaped neighborhood.  A twin sleeper sofa is also available for an extra guest.

This tremendous location near the glistening gulf places you minutes away from popular Destin beachfront restaurants. In fact, the original Captain Dave’s is within easy walking distance. Championship golf is nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates. You are also conveniently close to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.  The Destin Commons shopping center is close by with an abundance of shopping, drinking and dining adventures.

First Floor: Living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining area that seats six, kitchen, laundry room, guest bedroom with full bunk bed and full hall bath.

Second Floor: King master bedroom with sitting area and full bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower, office nook with full sleeper sofa, guest bedroom also with king size bed.

Third Floor:  Bonus room with twin sleeper sofa, wet bar, and deck overlooking trees and rooftops.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
