The first thing you notice when you arrive at Crystal Sands Destin is the wide white ribbon of crystalline shore that sparkles in the sun and parallels this three story beachfront condominium. A brilliant blue roof on the two rental buildings provides a striking contrast against the sugar white sands and emerald hued waters. Here the atmosphere is decidedly laid back which is somewhat surprising since the physical location is near the heart of everything Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast has to offer.

Ocean Reef Resorts is pleased to offer several vacation rentals at Crystal Sands that overlook the pristine beach. There is almost always a nice gentle breeze which helps cool even some of the hottest summer days. Beach views extend all the way to the southern horizon across luminescent jewel toned waters that glisten in the light. During the summer months the full moon creates a silver splattered scene on the gulf as it traverses the evening sky. Spectacular sunsets may be seen from this location during the winter months since the golden orb sinks right into the western water and lights up the entire sky in brilliant color. You, your family and friends can take delightful enjoyment in the seasonally heated pool which overlooks this serene setting at Crystal Sands. The sun deck also has picnic tables nearby with gulf side grills where you can create your own version of a Surf n Turf meal. However at any of these units, you may have a hard time leaving your own beachfront balcony where you may look down upon the scene below while enjoying refreshing beverages and convivial conversation.

Crystal Sands Destin 306 hosts two bedrooms with two bathrooms but is able to accommodate up to eight guests since it has a king sized bed in the Master Suite, two full sized twin beds in a guest suite as well as a queen sized bed in a loft area that is open to the living room below. The living area has a cathedral ceiling that rises up with an open stairway to the loft area. There are two plush oversized couches, one of which turns into a queen sized sleeper, however with all the pillows you would be tempted to just sleep on the sofa itself. The adjacent dining area has a glass topped table with six decorative metal chairs while two more sit at the open Breakfast Bar.

Crystal Sands Destin 308 is also a two bedroom, two bathroom condo and has a sea gull's eye view of Destin's gorgeous gulf from the beachfront balcony. Two large couches share this view as well as the flat screen TV that sits conveniently in a corner. The tiled flooring is nicely accented with an oriental rug. A thick cream colored tile Breakfast Bar faces an open kitchen and has three oversized bar stools. The glass topped dining table nearby seats four more. The Master Suite with access to the full bathroom has a king sized bed and is located on the main level while the Guest Room and Bunk Room are upstairs and share another full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and are comfortably furnished and nicely decorated.

Crystal Sands Destin 311 is also a two bedroom unit but here the Loft area has a king size bed and there are 2 twin bunks in the upstairs room and the master hosts an additional King. The colors in the living/dining area are a very pleasing, light salmon color which is accentuated nicely by the tiled floor in a slightly darker, complimentary color. A large oil painting of sail boats gives this rental a contemporary feel along with a casual dining set around a glass topped table that seats six. The open kitchen with breakfast bar for two is completed with natural light woods. The Master Suite has a majestic king sized bed has a rich looking tropical spread and nautical prints of sail boats at sea decorate the walls. An alcove off a full bath has twin bunks with four berths for the kids.

Crystal Sands Destin 312 could almost be an identical twin to number 311 and would be great if you wanted to rent out two side by side units for weddings or family reunions since all together they can sleep up to sixteen guests but in separate quarters. The living and dining area also have the tiled flooring but this unit is a lighter shade of pink. Casual chairs have light blue cushioned seats that seat six around a long oblong glass topped dining table. This sits beside a tropical painting of a sail boat on a palm studded beach as a reminder that you are indeed in Florida. The breakfast bar seats three more facing the light wood, open kitchen. Here both the Master and Guest Suites also have comfortable, king sized beds. This unit also has twin bunks off a full bathroom that are decorated in vivid tropical colors.

Perhaps the most opulent of the condos is often called "The Penthouse" which is Crystal Sands 305 and has been recently remodeled from top to bottom. This vacation rental also accommodates the largest amount of guests due to extra twin bunks and other beds. The new floors are completed with a parchment colored travertine marble that is richly accented by an over sized living room couch and two big comfortable chairs. The dining area is open to a completely remodeled, kitchen with a wall of custom maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a large gleaming silver side by side refrigerator. The center of this open room has a thick, mottled, gorgeous granite topped dining table that seats six in high backed ebony colored chairs. The Master and Guest Suite both have king sized beds, one done in formal dark colors with handsome maple accents and the other completed in a creamy white wicker. All of the new furnishings are upscale and each room is richly accented in its decor.
