Known for his larger-than-life personality and down-home catchphrases, he’s built a massive following by blending Cajun cooking with humor and high-energy flair. His appearance adds a fresh twist to the festival, giving VIP guests the chance to enjoy a live performance that’s equal parts entertaining and flavorful — and with a Sunday ticket, you might even snag the opportunity for a meet-and-greet.

The celebration doesn’t wait for the weekend crowds — it begins Friday night with the Sponsor Party on September 26th.
