This exclusive beachfront compound is nearly brand new with only 34 units in the entire building. Most of these luxurious multimillion dollar residences are retained by fortunate owners for their own private use. This enclave is located in the Crystal Beach portion of Destin situated on 310 linear feet of the sugary white sands and emerald green waters. An expansive sun deck sits right over the beach which encompasses a 2,200 square foot infinity edged swimming pool. The design allows you to look across the watery pool surface while you are swimming and see all the way to the southern horizon over the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. There are grills located on the deck that allow you to cook your own "Surf n Turf" meal while you listen to the sound of the waves splashing below. Villa Coyaba 209 is a 2,400 square foot private vacation rental with four bedrooms and three baths. This condo can sleep up to twelve guests since there is an extra queen sized bed in one of the suites as well as an additional bunk room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Full views of the beach can be enjoyed in the main living area which faces an elegant fireplace that is formally painted with a white mantle richly inlaid with light brown marble. A large flat screen TV is located above it to provide entertainment while you have simultaneous views of the beautiful gulf through a row of four sliding glass doors. The furnishings are comfortable with a wood framed floral patterned burgundy couch, a matching lounge chair, and two cream colored arm chairs. The dining area has a large, round, glass topped table with blonde colored arched back wooden chairs that almost look like bamboo. The granite topped breakfast bar that faces the gourmet kitchen has four raised chairs all of which have the same salmon striped cushioned seating as the dining area. The king sized bed in the Master Suite has a rich burgundy toned bedspread with tropical palm frond patterns. This bedroom offers its own access to the wide balcony as well as the marble accented bathroom with the same extra long tub, a glass enclosed shower, and double sinks. The tropical theme continues in the other three bedrooms, the first of which is done in warm brown tones, has a cool giant oval mirror on the wall above the queen sized bed, a ceiling fan, and three sets of dark brown palmetto palm silhouettes on one of the side walls. The next bedroom also has a queen sized bed but is light and bright with milk white wooden furniture and a lovely light green and cream colored bedspread with pink flower accents. The last guest room actually has two queen sized beds with cream colored bedspreads accented with a palm tree pattern. There is also a bonus alcove room which is perfect for kids since it has a shiny red metal bunk bed and a little chest of drawers in its own space.  The "piece de resistance" of Villa Coyoba 209 is the giant covered balcony or outdoor room which has spectacular, sweeping beachfront views of the gulf and views of the large infinity edged pool. Two chaise lounge chairs are available for relaxation and a large oval table seats six. It provides a wonderful space for dining outdoors or for cocktails.
