Aberdeen Beach House
Aberdeen Beach House is an elegant white-columned beauty with three bedrooms and multiple beds, accommodating up to 10 fortunate guests. The first floor includes a comfortable open living area with a beige couch and matching armchair facing a TV for entertainment. Nearby a rustic hardwood table with tall leather end chairs and four spindle-backed side chairs sits beneath a suspended candle orb chandelier for charmed dining. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, creamy white cabinetry and mottled granite countertops providing everything you need to create some fun feasts. A Kid's Bedroom on this level has a unique contemporary styled Bunk Bed and access to a full hall bath.
A graceful staircase leads upstairs to the Master Bedroom and an additional Guest Bedroom. A double sleeper sofa is on the landing that also serves as an office nook. The spacious Master Bedroom has a comfortable white framed king-sized bed with seating that faces a dresser with a large TV for night time viewing pleasure. Glass doors lead out to a private handsome balustrade balcony overlooking the front yard. A double infinity mirrored closet hallway leads to the luxurious en suite private bath with a large soaking tub, an individual glass box shower, and dual vanities. The Guest Bedroom on this level is also distinctively styled with a king size bed, a full en suite bath and its own private balcony with rocking chairs. There is a Bonus Room on the third floor which is designed for entertaining since it has a built-in wet bar with cabinetry and a mini-refrigerator. Sea-Viche
Sea-Viche is a gracious three-story vacation home that has four bedrooms with the ability to accommodate up to 11 happy beach-going guests. The guest suites are on all three floors providing a perfect place for a beach reunion that includes multiple groups of family and friends. Despite its close proximity to the neighborhood pool, you don't even have to leave this home for watery frolic since it comes with a private swimming pool with a grill and a table seating on the veranda so you may enjoy poolside dining. An elegant spiral staircase ascends to a second-floor balcony off the open living area. Blonde hardwood flooring flows throughout this comfortably furnished space providing a spacious look. A plush slate grey couch and two spiral patterned accent chairs provide a seating ensemble facing a large built-in TV for entertainment. Eight tall hardwood spindle-backed chairs provide seating around a rectangular dining table accented by a regal dark blue oriental rug. An ash toned tile-topped bar includes raised seating for three more beside the state of the art kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and light hardwood custom cabinetry distinctively accented by a navy blue tiled splash wall.
One of the Master Bedrooms is located off the pool veranda on the first floor with access to a full hall bath. This recently remodeled guest quarters includes a adjoining Game Room and a full bath. It has charming creamy white cottage styled furnishings that include a king-sized bed. Two beautifully appointed Guest Bedrooms on the second floor each have king sized beds and share a full bath. A half bathroom off the living area serves as a powder room. The main Master Bedroom with a luxury en suite bath spaciously encompasses the entire third floor. It has an enchanting four poster king sized bed and a romantic private balcony that overlooks the pool. The luxury bath is adorned with green marble that includes double vanity sinks, a soaking tub as well as a separate glass-walled walk-in shower. The Master Suite also includes a colorful Bunk Nook that can sleep three kids.
