Destiny East sits is a separate community that sits north of Destiny by the Sea. It too is gated and features remarkable properties and the most impressive community center in all of Destiny. Destiny West, as the name alludes, sits to the west of both Destiny by the Sea and Destiny East. The entrance of this gated community is placed close to the beach, affording visitors easy access. The community center at Destiny West includes a large pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop.

Destiny Shores is the lesser-known beachfront portion of this master development as it's not gated nor does it contain a sign designating the name of this community. However, vacation homes here are stately, and many are located beachfront.

Destiny Beach Villas is a unique development of intimate homes nestled on Four Prong Lake and placed in close proximity to the beach. Vacation rentals here range from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with most properties being duplexes.

Grands Palms is a highly desired lakefront Destiny neighborhood with lavish vacation homes just a stone's throw away from the sugar-white shore. Guests have exclusive access to the neighboring Destiny West community with endless amenities that include a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a basketball court, a fitness facility, and a stately two-story clubhouse.
