These two towers have an awesome location in the center of the Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach. Each building is capped with multiple columned porticoes which resemble classic Greek-styled temples and are dramatically up-lighted at night for a kind of Vegas flair. Ariel Dunes sits back about 200 yards from the 2,000 linear feet of the sparkling sugar-white sand beach and jewel-toned waters of the gulf. There are five gigantic swimming pools throughout the complex with an amazing 23,000 square feet of fun watery refreshment. Two of them extend around the base of Ariel Dunes I creating the illusion from a distance that the building is magically floating above the water. This pool has a shallow "zero entry" at one end which is great for kids since it also has a mushroom-shaped waterfall for fun and frolic on a hot sunny day. Three other pools have vivid vistas across a big beautiful lagoon and lovely golf course. Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the Cabana Cafe at Ariel Dunes I where you may enjoy sipping a frozen adult beverage while having some fresh Destin seafood, a pizza, or a burger. There is also a Fitness Center available on site.

If you enjoy golf, right next door to Ariel Dunes is the eighteen-hole Seascape Golf Course which should surpass your expectations. This championship course was created by famed golf course architect Joe Lee offering a par of 71 and over 6,100 yards of play. There is "water water everywhere" since fifteen of the holes incorporate some kind of lovely lagoon, pristine pond, or exotic coastal dune lake. The Destin Tennis Club is also located at Seascape near Ariel Dunes and is nationally rated as a Five Star Tennis Resort. Eight clay courts that border the golf course are available for play. Each of these luxurious properties is worthy of pampered residential living with nine-foot ceilings and eight-foot-tall sliding glass doors in the living area that offer views across the glistening gulf. All are upscale with gleaming granite countertops and full-open kitchens with breakfast bars to accommodate extra guests. Ariel Dunes I 301

Ariel Dunes I 301 is conveniently located on the third floor and has two balconies. The main balcony off the spacious living area is partially covered but also has an open sun deck with wonderful views of the main giant lagoon-shaped swimming pool as well as the emerald green gulf in the distance.  The Master Suite also accesses this balcony. The other balcony is right off the King Guest suite with a private romantic decorative wrought iron table for two. Here you and your loved one can watch golfers tee off and view the bay in the distance. The interiors of this condo have been newly furnished with comfort in mind. The living area that faces the main balcony has two big over-stuffed sofas decorated in light bright nautical colors with cream and blue pastel floral prints. One of these doubles as a Sleeper Sofa for two. The well-appointed open kitchen has a Breakfast Bar with a rich, extra-thick granite top that is mottled in a mocha coloring. There are comfortable king-sized beds in two of the suites and a double twin trundle bunk in the third bedroom so all in all, up to ten guests can be accommodated here.

Ariel Dunes II 901

Ariel Dunes II 901 is a corner unit that also has multiple balconies which face toward the southwest and northwest. The main balcony and its views are immediately seen in the living area with views of the inland lagoon as well as the gorgeous gulf beyond. The other balconies look out across the Seascape Golf Course with views of Choctawhatchee Bay in the distance. The open spacious living area includes two big armchairs and a queen-sized sleeping sofa done in matching striped fabric decorated with tasteful pastel colors. All seats have simultaneous views of the beautiful scenery outside as well as a flat-screen TV that is encased in a creamy white entertainment center. A white rectangular table is nearby with six rail-backed chairs that sit under a charming vintage lamp. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances ideal for a fun family meal as well as a granite-topped Breakfast Bar that has four raised checkered seats that provide a fun chic look. The elegant main Master Suite has balcony access, a big four-poster king-sized bed, and a private bath with a tub as well as a glassed-in shower. One of the Guest Bedrooms also has a balcony and is decorated with white upscale furnishings that includes a queen-sized bed and access to a full bath. The other Guest Bedroom is lovely with two twin beds with light green headboards and soft matching furnishings.

Ariel Dunes II 1410

Ariel Dunes II 1410 is a handsomely furnished rental that has country club styling. The spacious tastefully furnished living area has a seagull's eye view of the glistening gulf towards the southwest. Multiple balconies offer truly sweeping views all the way around that include the gleaming gulf, forested golf course as well as distant bay vistas. In the living area, a long chocolate-colored leather couch and a matching armchair share some of these views as well as the large flat-screen TV that is ensconced within beautiful custom hardwood cabinetry. Double leather ottomans are positioned upon an oriental rug that can be used as a casual table or for extra seating. This part of the living area leads out onto the partially covered large balcony where you may enjoy the scenery and refreshing breeze. Part of this room incorporates the dining area which has a massive, beautifully scrolled hardwood table with elegant seating for six. The open kitchen has seats for two more on raised bar seats that are also elaborately scrolled for decoration. They face the granite bar in the kitchen that can be used for the easy service of seafood appetizers or drinks. The Master Suite is handsomely appointed with a patterned queen-sized bed with more views beyond the accessible balcony. The private bath with a tub and separate glassed-in shower is luxurious with custom double sink cabinetry completed in a rich milk chocolate color. One of the guest rooms has a cheery double bed with a pastel hand-quilted cover while the other can be used as a Kid's Room since it has twin bunk beds that can sleep four. All three bedrooms have access to a full bath for each.

The Whale's Tail

Ariel Dunes is located off Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's magical Miramar Beach where it parallels the shore and the jewel-toned gulf that extends as far as the eye can see. All are less than a few minutes away by car and The Whale's Tail is within easy walking distance.
