Exceeding expectations has always been our goal here at Ocean Reef. For nearly 40 years, our company has welcomed generations of happy guests. Each check-in is an opportunity for us to make a connection – to create a lifelong relationship by becoming a home away from home for our visitors. Every year we welcome many repeat guests to the coast, which is an honor we regard earnestly.

As much as we dislike that you've been unable to visit us recently, we have used this time to further prepare for your arrival. More pointedly, we have elevated our already exceptional cleaning standards. As you plan for your vacation, we want to take a quick moment to share the extra precautions we are taking to keep you and your family safe on your next trip to the beach.

Contactless Check-In 

Yes, we are open and have remained so since the start. However, there is no need for you to visit any of our offices with our contactless check-in. To access your vacation rental, you simply arrive at the front door of your property after 4 PM and use a specific time-sensitive door code for your stay – easily found in our mobile app (Apple App Store - Google Play). To allow for more sanitization time, we are suspending any early check-in and late departures. If you do want to visit us, feel free to stop by and say hello in Miramar Beach or Grayton Beach. You'll notice we have a few measures in place to keep us all safe, but we'd still love to see you.

Keeping You Informed

The sun is shining, and all of our white sandy beaches are open! There's lots of talk about a new normal, and here on the coast, we are working towards it quickly and safely. Right now, Florida still has capacity restrictions with select businesses, and there are other relevant details to keep in mind for your visit. These include limitations and guidelines for specific communities and complexes – in addition to CDC guidance. Not to worry, we will keep you fully updated on anything you may need to know. Keep an eye on your email, and be sure to have push notifications turned on in our Mobile App.

Vacation Rental Cleaning & Sanitization

We are all in this together – and it's ever apparent as there have been careful and detailed recommendations provided to us by local, state, and national agencies. We listened closely and have incorporated all guidance. Want to dive deeper into our approach to elevated cleaning and sanitization? In-Property Maintenance & Services

Everyone here to serve you is fully aware of the extra precautions needed to prevent potential exposure to the coronavirus. All team members and subcontractors that access your property prior to your arrival are well-versed in CDC directives and will utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment. If maintenance items or services are requested during your vacation, these same guidelines will be adhered to in addition to limiting direct personal interaction. This will be achieved by coordinating with you in advance and targeting services to times when the property will be unoccupied.
