Here is some information on four affordable gulf front properties that won't break the bank and still have available dates to consider as you plan your next wonderful beach reunion.
Two of them, Rising Sun and Snowdrift are located in highly sought after Miramar Beach. This awesome locale is in the heart of everything just minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Championship golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape, which offers Ocean Reef Resorts guests special reduced rates. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf is a Disneyesque version of the New Orleans French Quarter Village and the upscale Grand Boulevard town center of Sandestin are also close offering a wide assortment of dining establishments, lively bars, specialty shops, free outdoor concerts, fun seasonal festivities with fireworks and lots of amusements for kids.
Rising Sun
Rising Sun sits upon mounds of sugary dunes adorned with sea oats overlooking the jeweled gulf. This classic charming two bedroom beach cottage can sleep up to seven guests and features an eclectic mix of golden Americana nostalgia along with up to date modern amenities. The ambiance is laid back, comfortable and casual. The living area has a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams providing a spacious rustic look. Two sets of double glass doors give access to the beachfront deck wraps around its side with plenty of chairs to lounge in the sun while taking in the sensational scenery.
Snowdrift
Snowdrift has an appropriate name since nestled into a snowy white sand dune overlooking the emerald toned gulf. This contemporarily styled home has three bedrooms with the ability to accommodate eight happy beachgoers. The large open living area has a spacious sunny look with cathedral ceilings, and an entire wall with eight panels of glass embellished by a dozen atrium styled windows above them that provide picture postcard views of the glorious gulf. The upscale décor is tropically inspired with nautical flourishes. Oriental rugs and comfortable furnishings enhance blonde toned hardwood flooring. A balcony wraps around the house with lots of room to enjoy favorite drinks while relishing the vivid views and perhaps spot dolphin frolicking in the distance.
The two other gulf front vacation cottages, Splash and A Suite Life are located right off Scenic 30A in Dune Allen Beach. The first-floor beach level uses an open design concept that includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This charming, comfortable cottage has a look that combines beach chic style with fashionable mid 20th-century vintage furnishings. Floor to ceiling glass doors look out onto the glittering gulf and lead to the beach balcony that spans the width of the house and provides a great place to watch the waves and view the shimmering scenery. Each of the three bedrooms upstairs includes a full private bath en suite and share a gulf front balcony.
A Suite Life
A Suite Life is a two bedroom beach cottage that sleeps six. A raised walkway serves as its entry since it is just steps away from the glistening Gulf waters that are so close, the waves sometimes lap right up beside it. A long covered balcony deck spans the entire width of the house taking full advantage of this spectacular 180-degree views. Besides the awesome seascape, the close proximity of the gulf provides an ever-present sound of the soothing surf. The open living area incorporates the living, dining and kitchen portions of the cottage that includes multiple windows so you may enjoy the sparkling views. A comfortable king sized bed in the Master Bedroom has a full bath en-suite, and a king-sized bed beside a giant window that looks out upon the gulf front balcony. The Guest Bedroom includes a lovely queen sized bed and has access to a full hall bath.
