A Suite Life is a timeless vacation home that is literally perched right above the sugar white sand at Dune Allen Beach, just off South Walton’s Scenic 30A. A raised walkway serves as its entry since it is only a few steps away from the glistening jewel toned waters of the gulf. A long covered deck spans the entire width of the house taking full advantage of this sensational scenery. A row of chairs face straight out towards the glittering gulf with panoramic 180-degree views. These vivid vistas extend all along the beautiful beach and as far as you can see into the sparkling southern horizon.

The crisp clean interiors of this two bedroom beachfront home allow you to enjoy the sparkling scenery from within since multiple windows frame the views. The ambiance here is bright and light since oversized white tile flooring accentuates the spacious main open living area. A light gray couch that doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa and love seat face the gulf as well as a flat screen TV. A rectangular glass table sits nearby with six stylish chairs. In addition, six wooden stools are lined up beside a white counter bar where drinks and savory seafood appetizers may be easily served. The ample kitchen has everything you need to create a simple fun family feast on those nights when you decide to dine in. A comfortable king size bed in the Master Suite sits beside a giant window that looks out upon the gulf front balcony. This room has a full bath en suite and a flat screen TV for evening entertainment. The Guest Bedroom has a queen, which has its own flat screen TV and access to a full hall bathroom.

This Dune Allen Beach location is at the gateway to Scenic 30A, just a short drive away from many of the picturesque towns that parallel the sugary shoreline. Dune Allen has two restaurants nearby. The Vue on 30A is part of the Santa Rosa Beach Club which has an eighteen hole golf course open for public play. The restaurant features Caribbean styled seafood and an ultra modern cocktail lounge. Another popular restaurant is called Stinky's Fish Camp. Despite the strange name, this rustic looking eatery serves fresh seafood and specializes in locally caught fish which are displayed daily on a chalkboard.
